Orange Planet Announces Regular Startup Recruitment for the First Half of 2026

The Smilegate Orange Planet Startup Foundation announced on the 5th that it will be holding a regular startup recruitment for the first half of 2026. This recruitment is open to startups and aspiring entrepreneurs with two or more members, and there are no restrictions on field or stage.

A key element of the recruitment process is global competency, with the goal of selecting teams with a high potential for success in overseas markets. Selected startups will receive office space at Orange Planet's Gangnam Center and a customized growth program for up to one year. A dedicated manager will be assigned to develop business advancement strategies and provide sector-specific mentoring. They will also have opportunities to collaborate and network with experienced entrepreneurs.

Smilegate Investment will participate as a partner and provide initial investment review of up to KRW 500 million for selected startups, as well as mentoring for follow-up investment, and investment opportunities such as TIPS.
