Law & Company Signs Strategic Business Partnership with LexisNexis

Legal tech company Law & Company and global legal information service company LexisNexis announced on the 23rd that they have signed a strategic business partnership to expand the AI-based legal services market. The agreement signing ceremony was held on the 17th, and the two companies plan to strengthen cooperation to respond to the demand for AI conversion in legal work and establish a foundation for joint growth.

This agreement is the first AI collaboration case that Law & Company has signed with a global legal tech company, and they plan to carry out joint business in various fields such as ▲sales cooperation ▲content alliance ▲technology and market information exchange. Based on the AI technology and market expertise that each company possesses, the two companies plan to focus on creating an innovative environment in the legal service sector.

Law & Company operates a Korean-language legal AI service called 'SuperLawyer', and is leading the popularization of legal AI, surpassing 11,000 subscribers in just over a year since its launch. SuperLawyer is being widely adopted by companies and public institutions in various industries, including finance, manufacturing, distribution, and IT.

LexisNexis is a global legal tech company that provides legal information to over 150 countries. Last year, it launched the generative AI service 'Lexis+ AI' specialized in U.S. law, and this year, it introduced the agentic AI-based 'LexisNexis Protégé™' to the domestic market. The service is currently being widely adopted by large domestic law firms and public institutions.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to expand the use of legal AI to various demand groups, including corporations and legal experts, through joint program planning and establishment of a cooperative system.
