HR tech company Flex will host a tech session, 'Flexible: Next flex with AI', at its 'Flex Lounge' located in Seohyeon-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si at 7 PM on June 26th.
This session is designed to introduce the technical philosophy and structure of AI-based HR SaaS (Software as a Service) and product strategies for responding to the AI era. In particular, the 'Flex AI Team Tech Architecture', a technical approach for utilizing AI as a collaborative colleague rather than a simple tool, will be revealed for the first time.
The event will begin with a presentation by Flex’s Chief Product Officer, Tae-Eun Kim. CPO Kim will explain Flex’s technological direction and product philosophy under the theme of “Future strategies chosen by Flex, prepared for the AI era.”
Presentation topics include ▲Product philosophy and technology strategy in response to the AI era ▲Flex AI team tech architecture ▲HR data store structure applying relationship-based access control (ReBAC) ▲Flex AI agent and insight report ▲HR SaaS strategy centered on problem solving ▲Thinking shift required for HR product design ▲Need for micro front-end and runtime integration, etc.
After the session, there will be an open Q&A session and networking with Flex engineers at tables organized by topic, such as product strategy, service, AI/data, and platform. Attendees will also be provided with food and drinks.
The target audience is product managers (PMs) interested in product strategy in the AI era and engineers who aim to solve customer-centered problems.
