This forum was co-hosted by KOSA and the Jeonbuk IT Industry Association, and about 300 people from member companies, government agencies, and regional councils attended. It was designed as a place for leaders of companies leading the software and artificial intelligence industries to gather to share industry trends and promote mutual exchanges.
The first day’s lecture consisted of three sessions. In the first session, Director Choi Hoon of AI startup Upstage and Director Cha Jeong-ho of Furiosa AI introduced their companies’ growth cases and technology-based business strategies.
In the second session, UNIST Professor Lee Sedol gave a lecture on the topic of ‘Collaboration between AI and Humans.’ Through the relationship between Go and artificial intelligence, he presented a philosophical perspective that technological advancement should coexist with human thinking.
