AI education solution company Ellis Group announced on the 5th that it signed a business agreement with Busan National University of Education to expand AI education and strengthen teacher capabilities.
This agreement was made in response to the need to support AI education in schools, and the two organizations agreed to cooperate with each other with the goal of establishing a systematic AI education ecosystem within public education.
The signing ceremony held at Busan National University of Education on the 4th was attended by officials including Ellis Group's Director of Human Resources Development, Seungmyeong Kook, Busan National University of Education's Director of Industry-Academic Cooperation, Donghwan Lee, and Professor Yuri Lee.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will cooperate in training and educational support for AI utilization in public education, joint research and technical support related to AI education, and fostering future AI talent.
Starting this year, Ellis Group will operate as a nationwide operating organization for the '2025 Mobile School Consulting' project and, together with Busan National University of Education, will provide digital transformation consulting for schools.
Kim Jae-won, CEO of Ellis Group, said, “As the transition to AI-based work environments accelerates, the transition to AI in the education field to foster future talent is an important task,” adding, “We will cooperate with various organizations to provide practical help to the education field.”
