HR tech company Wanted Lab announced on May 29 that it will operate a talent recruitment support program for invested startups in collaboration with venture capital and accelerator FuturePlay. This program focuses on providing customized talent matching to startups invested by FuturePlay (hereinafter referred to as ‘Portcosa’) based on Wanted Lab’s excellent technical talent pool.
Future Play is a venture capital and accelerator that discovers and supports the growth potential of early-stage startups. It invests in innovative startup teams in various fields including deep tech, lifestyle, entertainment, and platforms. It plays a practical role as a partner by providing close support throughout the entire startup process from the preliminary startup stage to scale-up.
Through this collaboration, Wanted Lab will operate a 'Future Play Exclusive Hall' with nine Portcosa startups within the Wanted recruitment platform. This will help excellent technical talents more easily check Portcosa recruitment information. We also plan to effectively deliver recruitment information to talents who are willing to change jobs but are not actively seeking jobs by running banner advertisements and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) marketing activities within the exclusive hall.
Participating startups include image processing AI company 'MayI', fisheries and aquaculture AI technology startup 'Tidepool', AI retail tech company 'Dipping Source', digital healthcare innovation company 'Huino', commerce AI company 'Indent Corporation', endoscopy total solution company 'Medine Tech', multi-biomarker identification solution company 'Flashomics', robotics foundation model developer 'Real World', and all-in-one recruitment management solution provider 'Dudlin'.
In addition, Wanted Lab provides the HR solution ‘Wanted Space’ free of charge to support functions necessary for organizational operation such as work attendance management, electronic approval, electronic contracts, and HR data management.
“This collaboration, which focuses on solving the problem of recruiting talent to provide practical help for the growth of startups, has great strategic significance,” said Park Seon-ha, the lead of Futureplay’s Value Up Team. “It will contribute to creating an environment where excellent talent and startups can develop together.”
A Wanted Lab official said, “We have high expectations for this program, which will help promising startups invested by Future Play meet excellent talent,” and “We will continue to provide various support activities that will help both job seekers and companies grow.”
