Seoul National University Technology Holdings-VNTG to Invest in Safe Kitchen

Safe Kitchen received investment from Seoul National University Technology Holdings. The investment amount was undisclosed, and this investment was made as a follow-up and joint investment by the previous investor, VNTG.

Safe Kitchen, a smart hygiene management/cleaning subscription service, provides M Care, a monthly subscription cleaning model, and D Care, a daily cleaning service, to restaurants.

Beyond simple cleaning, we provide a comprehensive service optimized for restaurants by building a digital twin-based solution tailored to the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operation) customer journey. Safe Kitchen aims to position itself as a super solution in the restaurant market. The service has led to sales growth of over 200% annually in the restaurant industry, and is evaluated as an innovative service that builds ‘trust’ beyond ‘hygiene.’

Seoul National University Technology Holdings CEO Mok Seung-hwan said, “Safe Kitchen is a solution that is essential to the restaurant market, which is in line with the times and changes in which hygiene and operational efficiency are becoming more important. We saw great growth potential in the process of solving operational issues in the restaurant industry based on digital technology, and we are also looking forward to future expansion.”

Safe Kitchen CEO Yongmin Kim said, “Seoul National University Technology Holdings sympathized with Safe Kitchen’s technological prowess, feasibility, and, above all, our perspective on seeing the ‘real problems’ in the market,” and added, “I believe that the restaurant industry is ultimately an industry of ‘trust.’ We are focusing on making people’s daily lives safer and cleaner through technology, and with this investment, we are preparing to further advance our quality and technology and expand our services to a wider range.”
