Smack , a company specializing in machine tool and robotic automation solutions, announced that it will participate in 'SEMICON SEA 2025 (SEMICON Southeast Asia 2025)' held in Singapore from May 20 to 22.
SEMICON SEA, which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, is Asia’s largest semiconductor equipment and parts exhibition hosted by the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI), and is an event where you can see the latest technology trends and innovative solutions in the semiconductor industry at a glance. In particular, this exhibition is being held in Singapore, which is drawing attention as a strategic hub for the semiconductor industry, and is receiving a lot of attention from the industry.
At this event, SMACK will showcase high-performance machine tools and smart manufacturing technology specialized in semiconductor equipment parts processing. Key exhibited products include the CNC lathe 'PL 800GB' capable of high-precision and high-speed processing, and the high-rigidity machining center 'MCV 5700L' suitable for processing large workpieces. The PL 800GB provides high productivity and stability in the precision processing of semiconductor parts, and the MCV 5700L is evaluated as equipment that satisfies both precision and processing efficiency of large structures.
In addition, Smack will also demonstrate its smart manufacturing technologies on-site, including ▲AI-based smart machine monitoring system ▲CNC-linked automation solution ▲real-time equipment diagnosis function.
