Akisketch Signs Business Agreement with Korea Furniture Industry Association

Archisketch announced that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Korea Furniture Industry Association for the ‘Establishment of a 3D Interior Program Certification Training Center.’

Through this agreement, Archisketch and the Korea Furniture Industry Association will establish a comprehensive cooperation system necessary for talent development, including ▲3D interior practical training and certification issuance ▲job transition training for furniture industry workers and the general public ▲development and operation of digital-based education courses.

According to the agreement, the training center will be set up at Archisketch’s headquarters in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, and free training will be provided to member companies. Paid qualification training will be provided to the general public, and those who complete the training will be issued a 3D interior design-related qualification.

This project aims to accelerate the digital transformation of the furniture industry and create a sustainable ESG-based industrial ecosystem, and in the mid- to long-term, to transform jobs and strengthen expertise within the industry. The two companies plan to proactively respond to changes in the furniture industry and proactively build a job development training program to strengthen the development of the furniture industry and the employment safety net for professional manpower.

An official from the Korea Furniture Industry Association said, “This agreement will serve as a stepping stone for strengthening the industry’s practical capabilities and fostering digital talent,” adding, “We will develop this program into a platform for fostering talent in the future furniture industry.”
