Colgate Participates in '2025 Korea Channel & Communication Conference'

Colgate announced that it participated in the '2025 Korea Channel & Communication Conference (KCCM Conference)' held at the Grand InterContinental Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul on June 24th and introduced its technology and new products.

This event is the largest contact center conference in Korea, hosted by the Korea Productivity Association Consulting, and is in its 24th year. It is divided into four themes: data, digital solutions, operational strategies, and the Customer Experience Index (KSQI), and various lectures and corporate exhibitions were held.

Colgate unveiled its new visual ARS solution, 'WAVE Caption', at this exhibition, which provides real-time subtitles for voice guidance content. The product is a service that visualizes information provided through voice during phone consultations as subtitles at the same time, thereby improving customer understanding of the information and improving consultation quality. It has an intuitive user interface, and can be linked to mobile web or apps when necessary to provide complex information visually.

Colgate also introduced one of its representative services, 'Visible Payment'. This service is a non-face-to-face method that allows customers to complete payments by simply tagging their smartphones while on a call, and is designed to simultaneously secure payment convenience and consultation efficiency.

A business card event was also held on-site for visitors to the exhibition booth. One participant was selected through a raffle to receive a tablet device, and the winner will be announced on the Colgate official blog on June 30.

Lee Kang-min, CEO of Colgate, said, “Visible ARS and visible payment are key technologies that can contribute to improving the way we communicate with customers,” and added, “Through new products, we will simultaneously increase the efficiency and convenience of consultations, and we will continuously pursue service advancement through cooperation with various industries.”
