The Korea Software Industry Association (Chairman Jo Jun-hee, KOSA) announced on the 22nd that it is recruiting young people working at IT companies and participating companies to participate in the Youth Future Plus project hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
Since its launch in April, KOSA has successfully conducted a program by selecting 50 young job seekers. This time, the program will focus on providing customized support for stable job settlement and capacity building for young workers in small and medium-sized IT companies, as well as talent development for companies.
Young people who participate in the business can confirm their job suitability through a career fit diagnosis that identifies their individual strengths, and acquire know-how for success through mentoring from industry seniors working in the same job. KOSA provides participants with a future-oriented customized career design plan (CDP) to support professional improvement in the workplace, stable corporate settlement, and long-term growth.
Additionally, all participants will be provided with free paid lectures (worth 150,000 won) from Infraon, a leading domestic IT education platform, providing an opportunity to strengthen self-directed capabilities.
When small and medium-sized IT companies apply as a group, they will be provided with training and mentoring programs tailored to the characteristics and requirements of the company. It is expected to help not only strengthen the capabilities of the employees but also create a collaborative culture within the organization.
The Youth Future Plus project is recruiting applicants through the operation website , where you can check project-related details, participating mentor profiles, and information on various youth support projects.
