AI communication platform Sendbird has supplied Lotte Home Shopping with an AI agent optimized for the enterprise environment.
This project is a case that simultaneously implements customer communication efficiency and QA automation, centered around the AI assistant 'Moni' built by combining the AI agent platform of 'Sendbird' and the large language model cloud of 'Anthropic'.
Lotte Home Shopping has continuously improved its QA process to cope with diverse product groups and rapid distribution speeds. In particular, the fashion sector, which has many seasonal products, had the task of simultaneously satisfying fast release and high quality standards, and accordingly, it introduced Sendbird's AI agent to automate QA work and improve operational efficiency.
AI assistant Moni automates repetitive customer inquiries and supports detailed reviews of test reports, certification documents, and product labeling.
Lotte Home Shopping is currently expanding the scope of Moni’s application from the fashion sector to home appliances and daily necessities, and is also introducing AI automation into regulatory review processes such as KC certification. In the future, it plans to consider applying it to customer contact work such as call centers and broadcast production.
An official from Lotte Home Shopping’s AI promotion team said, “As a result of testing various solutions, Sendbird’s platform was the most ideal combination in all aspects, including security, flexibility, and integration efficiency with Cloud.” He added, “Even in a QA environment that requires accurate judgment, Sendbird’s AI agent has proven its performance.”
