AI specialized startup Le Mong announced on the 13th that it has been selected for the 'AI Voucher Small Business Division' project hosted by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) for the second consecutive year. This project is a government support program hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT that provides subsidies in the form of vouchers to enable the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in order to support the digital transformation of small businesses.
Last year, Le Mong provided AI-based customer management solutions ‘Dummong’ and ‘Foodiemong’ to 95 small business demand companies through this project, and received excellent evaluations for business performance. In particular, customer analysis and customized marketing automation functions through AI technology were evaluated to have contributed to increasing actual sales and improving operational efficiency for small business owners.
In 2024, despite the budget reduction and reduced support scale, Le Mong plans to provide services to more than 50 small business owners nationwide. In particular, this year, merchants from traditional local markets such as ▲Busan Gupo Market and ▲Jeonju Nambu Market will also be included in demand businesses, which is expected to contribute to balanced regional development.
Through this project, Le Mong provides ▲ digital store establishment through online platform registration for delivery and in-store customers ▲ marketing automation support for senior merchants ▲ customer data management and customized consulting based on real-time review analysis, etc. Through this, it is creating an environment where even small business owners who are not familiar with digitalization can easily utilize AI technology.
Le Mong is a company that has focused on the digital transformation (DX) of small business owners based on artificial intelligence technology since its inception. Last year, demand companies recorded an average sales growth rate of 16.5%, proving the effectiveness of AI-based solutions.
“We will help eliminate digital blind spots and easily implement customer-tailored marketing through AI solutions that are accessible to traditional market merchants,” said Hee-Yong Lee and Bo-Hyung Kim, co-CEOs of Le Mong. “Through this project, we will continue to make practical contributions to enhancing the competitiveness of local small business owners and revitalizing the local economy.”
