On the first day of the event, the 19th, Komate will hold a special lecture on employment for international students at the ‘Job Concert’. The lecture will be given by Director Sangjun Moon, who is in charge of the Komate service, and he plans to share strategies and information for international students preparing for employment in Korea on the topic of ‘Characteristics of the Korean employment market and trends in hiring foreigners.’
The special lecture will present practical solutions to solve the difficulties that international students face in the job search process, such as ▲ lack of access to job information, ▲ complexity of administrative procedures such as visas, and ▲ difficulty in writing resumes and preparing for interviews. In addition, methods of utilizing the Comet platform will be introduced in the process.
A Saramin official said, “We hope that through this job fair, international students will increase their understanding of the domestic job market and gain practical career opportunities,” and “We will continue to carry out various activities to help facilitate efficient connections between foreign talent and companies.”
