Platier, a company specializing in AI and digital transformation (DX) solutions, announced that it held the '2025 X2BEE Private Solution Briefing Session' at Episode 262 in Gangnam, Seoul on the 29th. The event was held in a small, private format with key clients invited, and was attended by approximately 30 practitioners and decision makers from various industries, including finance and education.
The briefing session focused on introducing the advanced AI functions embedded in Platier's representative e-commerce solution, 'X2BEE', and actual customer adoption cases. X2BEE is a platform that can respond widely from D2C (Direct to Consumer) to enterprise-level shopping malls, and its characteristic is that it implements essential elements for e-commerce operations, such as operational automation, personalized recommendations, and integrated management, based on AI technology.
Based on its experience in building its own e-commerce platform, Platior diagnosed common challenges across the industry and demonstrated solution functions to solve them on site. The seminar attendees had the opportunity to directly confirm the usability and effectiveness of the technology through real-life application cases of X2B.
In the presentation that followed, 'X2BI AI Apps' based on 'Polar', an e-commerce specialized small language model (sLLM) developed by Platier, was unveiled. The app consists of ▲AI Search, which provides personalized search functions, ▲AI Chatbot, which supports customer response, ▲AI Commerce+, which contains operational automation functions, and ▲AI Code Assistant for developer support, and includes functions that can improve the overall efficiency of e-commerce operations.
Jin Byeong-gwon, head of Platire ECS business division, said, “This briefing session was a meaningful opportunity to share the technological prowess and practical application cases of X2BI solutions,” and added, “We plan to strengthen our role as a partner that solves our customers’ digital transformation challenges together through continuous technological development in the future.”
