Crowdworks Hosts 'Real World Enterprise AI' Conference

Crowdworks announced that it held an AI conference on the topic of 'Real-World Enterprise AI' at the InterContinental Parnas Hotel in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 29th.

This conference was designed to share real-world cases and know-how on AI design and operation and business application strategies in corporate settings, and was attended by approximately 100 AI practitioners from various industries, including finance, IT, and public institutions.

Crowdworks held various presentation sessions at the conference, focusing on key issues faced by companies in the field, such as ▲Agentic AI introduction and operation strategies ▲AI model evaluation system ▲AI education direction for the AX era. Case studies of cost efficiency and reliable data-based model construction using the company's agentic AI solution 'Alpy' were also introduced.

In his welcoming speech, CEO Kim Woo-seung emphasized, “Although AI technology has entered the stage of creating real business results, there are still complexities in introduction and operation in the field,” and “Securing high-quality data is the key to the success of AI projects.”

CTO Yang Su-yeol, who is in charge of technology, explained, “When introducing generative AI, companies are mainly concerned about data leakage, model bias, and securing ROI,” and “RPI provides practical solutions to these problems through multi-LLM and prompt engineering.”

CBO Hwang Su-ho, head of business, raised the need for a central organization to systematically manage the company-wide assetization of AI models, while education subsidiary Crowd Academy shared the direction of AI education design focused on practice, and medical AI subsidiary Doctor Works shared cases of AI utilization in the medical field. In addition, actual collaboration cases with Yuanta Securities, Nice D&B, and Daitrap were presented.

Through this conference, Crowdworks demonstrated its capabilities in various areas, from AI data construction to customized solution development, model evaluation, and corporate training, and strengthened its position as a reliable partner in the enterprise AI field. The company announced its plan to continue to contribute to the development of the domestic AI industry through AI-based technology research and the provision of customized corporate services.
