Infobank to invest in safety butler

Real estate transaction support platform ' Safe Butler ' announced on the 25th that it had attracted investment from Infobank .

This investment was made through Infobank's 'Startup Korea IB Ultra-Gap Fund' established in February 2025. Major investors (LPs) of the fund include Toss (Viva Republica), Korea Venture Investment, Daeyang Electric Industry, and APM Technologies.

Infobank is an accelerator that is actively operating in Korea, operating TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startups) and the Scale-up TIPS program, and has a portfolio of approximately 300 startups.

Safety Butler is a platform that helps even real estate beginners find a home more safely, and it provides integrated services from simple property searches to house visits and contract stages. In particular, as a function to prevent jeonse fraud, it operates a service that allows you to check in advance whether the landlord is a gap investor before signing the contract. This function was developed jointly with NICE Information Service, the No. 1 credit rating agency in Korea, to ensure data reliability.

In addition, it has a system that comprehensively supports the entire process of finding a home, and currently, about 10,000 licensed real estate agents in the metropolitan area have signed up and are utilizing the platform. This is about 20% of all licensed real estate agents in the metropolitan area.

With this investment and partnership, Anseondusa plans to further advance real estate-related financial services through cooperation with its major LP, Toss.

Meanwhile, a Toss official said, “We expect that the collaboration between the two companies will allow for rapid growth.” A Seoul Fintech Lab official also said, “Safe Butler is providing an innovative service that enhances transparency and reliability in the real estate market,” and evaluated it as “a company with high growth potential in the future.”
