Jep, Busan Education Research Information Center and 'Jep Quiz Pro Plan' Supply Contract Signed

ZEP, a metaverse-based edutech platform, announced on the 16th that it has signed a contract with the Busan Educational Research Information Institute and will provide the 'ZEP QUIZ Pro Plan' to 100 schools in the Busan area.

This contract is a follow-up to the MOU signed between JEP and the Busan Educational Research and Information Institute in June of last year, and is part of cooperation to innovate public education using metaverse technology.

'Jep Quiz Pro Plan' includes various functions specialized for the educational field, such as automatic question generation based on artificial intelligence (AI), quiz maps with various themes, and progress tracking for each student. In particular, the 'Gamification' method, which provides learning content in the form of a quiz game, is a key feature that increases students' interest and participation in learning.

On this day (the 16th), Jepp will conduct online training for teachers who are the initial users of the service. The training will cover everything from the basic usage of Jepp Quizzes to actual class use cases, and will support practical application in educational settings.

Kim Sang-yeop, co-CEO of JEP, said, “This contract is a case that shows that metaverse-based edutech can be used as a practical tool in public education,” and added, “We will continue to develop digital education solutions suitable for the domestic education field and contribute to educational innovation.”
