Rsquare Vietnam, the Vietnamese subsidiary of commercial real estate platform company Rsquare, has won a contract for the 'B3CC1 Interior Finishing Work' in Daewoo Construction's Star Lake Project, a new city development project in Vietnam.
Alsquare announced on the 15th that this project order was an achievement made just one year after establishing an interior organization in Vietnam, and that it was an example of official recognition of local construction capabilities. This order is evaluated as an opportunity for Alsquare Vietnam to lay the foundation for full-scale expansion of its interior business in the Vietnamese market.
Since entering Vietnam in 2021, Alsquare has been providing consulting and brokerage services for the relocation of commercial real estate such as offices, factories, and warehouses to domestic and foreign companies. Starting in 2023, it will begin interior services in earnest, and is expanding its presence in Vietnam by establishing a one-stop service encompassing corporate establishment, office leasing, and interior construction.
Alsquare Vietnam also participated in the Star Lake City complex development project (H1HH1) in 2022. At that time, it jointly participated in a fund for investment in Vietnamese real estate development along with Daewoo Construction, Kyobo Securities, JR Investment Management, Eugene Investment & Securities, Samkoo Inc., and Woomi Global.
Shin Ji-min, CEO of Alsquare Vietnam, said, “This order is a turning point that will allow the Vietnam branch to take a leap forward,” and added, “We will responsibly carry out our first large-scale project and continue to expand our orders.”
