Unidocs , an artificial intelligence (AI) electronic document specialist, announced that it won the grand prize for the second consecutive year at the 19th Korea Service Satisfaction Awards in 2025.
The 'Korea Service Satisfaction Award', hosted by The Hankook Ilbo and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, is an award presented to companies and organizations that consistently strive to improve customer satisfaction and provide excellent service.
The recently awarded 'Electronic Seal System 2.0' is a solution that digitalizes the seal management and contract process to maximize security and work efficiency. Electronic Seal System 2.0 can fundamentally prevent the risk of misuse and loss due to seal removal, and provides a function to check the usage history in real time. In addition, starting from 2.0, it provides an electronic contract function, automatically sending a large number of contracts without separate printing and scanning, and supporting intuitive understanding of the entire contract process such as real-time contract review, document comparison, and mirroring. In addition, it provides an intermediate stamp (signature) function between contracts, enabling electronic contracts in the same form as actual contracts.
In particular, the system is being introduced primarily to organizations that require seal management, such as general affairs departments, branch offices, and agency operation companies, and is receiving high praise for its ability to safely and quickly improve document and contract work without physically removing the seal.
A Unidocs official said, “The Electronic Seal System 2.0 is a proven solution that has already been introduced and used by major domestic companies, and it can implement not only the status of seal usage but also stamping and signing functions.” He added, “By using anti-forgery technology, we have secured both legal effect and security, and the scope of utilization will be further expanded with the electronic contract function newly included in this version.”
