Gangwon Innovation Center, 'G-Startup ROAD to MARKET' program ends

Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Hae-jeong, hereinafter referred to as 'Gangwon Innovation Center') announced on the 27th that it held the '2025 G-Startup ROAD to MARKET' at the LW Convention Center in Seoul.

This event was held for startups selected for the 2025 G-Startup Support Project, and consisted of customized consulting, practical lectures, and inter-company networking programs that provided practical help in expanding sales channels.

In particular, 1:1 customized consulting was conducted based on a preliminary demand survey, focusing on 10 areas with high demand from startups, including ▲public procurement and certification entry strategy ▲domestic B2B sales and promotion strategy ▲exhibition preparation and buyer response strategy.

Professional consultants in each field provided specific implementation strategies by considering the participating companies' industries, capabilities, and market goals, thereby supporting them to achieve tangible results after consulting.

The hands-on special lecture provided specific solutions and practical approaches to realistic challenges that startups face in the market entry process, such as ▲creating buyer response materials ▲establishing overseas export strategies. Participating companies practiced creating necessary materials and establishing strategies from the perspective of actual buyers.

In the follow-up networking session, a participatory exchange program was held, with divisions centered on common keywords such as technology-based startups (B2B, B2G) and consumer goods brand startups (B2C), sharing of success stories and difficulties, and feedback rounds.

Lee Hae-jeong, head of Gangwon Innovation Center, said, “This program was a meaningful opportunity to think together about the difficulties startups face in developing sales channels and design strategies to suit them,” adding, “We will continue to support the continuous growth of Gangwon’s startup ecosystem through specialized programs centered on on-site demand.”
