강원창조경제혁신센터(이하 강원혁신센터)는 17일, 2024년 상반기 동안 유망 스타트업 5개사와 총 2억3천만원 규모의 투자 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 투자는 강원혁신센터가 운용 중인 ‘강원혁신창업1호’ 투자조합과 ‘강원청년창업펀드1호’를 통해 진행됐다. 투자 대상 기업은 중소벤처기업부의 창업 육성 프로그램인 창업-BuS(Build up Strategy for Startups)의 일환으로 발굴된 스타트업들로, 강원 지역에 본사를 두고 있거나 강원도로 이전하여 지역 창업 생태계 내에서 활동 중이다.
투자 기업은 총 5개사로, ▲내연기관 상용차를 수소차로 개조하는 플랫폼을 개발 및 양산하는 ‘파로텍’ ▲AI 기술 기반의 치아 색상 추출 및 진단 플랫폼 T-GRID를 개발한 ‘어나더닥터’ ▲휴먼센트릭 LED 조명 솔루션을 제공하는 ‘더바이오’ ▲SaaS 기반의 캠핑장 통합 관리 솔루션을 운영하는 ‘메이크웍스커뮤니케이션’ ▲음반 기획 지원을 위한 데이터 기반 서비스 PLAYCOUNT를 제공하는 ‘사운드엣’ 등이다.
강원혁신센터에 따르면 이번에 투자받은 스타트업들은 바이오·헬스, 미래차·수소, 스마트관광, ICT 융복합 등 강원특별자치도가 전략적으로 육성 중인 분야의 기술력을 보유한 딥테크 기업들로, 향후 지역 전략 산업 생태계 조성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
이해정 강원혁신센터 대표는 “센터는 창업-BuS 프로그램을 통해 지역 유망 스타트업을 발굴하고, 초기 단계에서 신속한 투자가 가능하도록 지원 체계를 강화하고 있다”며 “이번 투자를 통해 지역 기반 기업이 빠르게 성장할 수 있기를 기대하며, 앞으로도 강원특별자치도의 전략 산업과 연계한 투자 확대에 힘쓸 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Gangwon Innovation Center Invests 230 Million Won in 5 Promising Startups in the First Half of the Year
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center) announced on the 17th that it signed investment contracts worth a total of 230 million won with five promising startups during the first half of 2024.
This investment was made through the ‘Gangwon Innovation Startup 1’ investment group and ‘Gangwon Youth Startup Fund 1’ operated by the Gangwon Innovation Center. The companies targeted for investment are startups discovered as part of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ startup incubation program, Startup-BuS (Build up Strategy for Startups), and are headquartered in the Gangwon region or have relocated to Gangwon Province and are operating within the local startup ecosystem.
The investment companies are a total of 5 companies: ▲'Parotek', which develops and mass-produces a platform to convert internal combustion engine commercial vehicles into hydrogen vehicles; ▲'Another Doctor', which developed T-GRID, a tooth color extraction and diagnosis platform based on AI technology; ▲'The Bio', which provides human-centric LED lighting solutions; ▲'Makeworks Communication', which operates a SaaS-based integrated campsite management solution; and ▲'Soundat', which provides PLAYCOUNT, a data-based service for album planning support.
According to Gangwon Innovation Center, the startups that received investment this time are deep-tech companies with technological prowess in fields that Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province is strategically fostering, such as bio/health, future cars/hydrogen, smart tourism, and ICT convergence, and are expected to contribute to the creation of a regional strategic industrial ecosystem in the future.
Lee Hae-jeong, head of the Gangwon Innovation Center, said, “The center is discovering promising local startups through the Startup-BuS program and strengthening the support system to enable rapid investment in the early stages.” He added, “We hope that this investment will help local companies grow quickly, and we plan to continue to work to expand investments linked to Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province’s strategic industries.”

江原創造経済革新センター（以下、江原革新センター）は１７日、２０２４年上半期に有望スタートアップ５社と計２億３千万ウォン規模の投資契約を締結したと明らかにした。

江原革新センターによると、今回投資を受けたスタートアップは、バイオ・ヘルス、未来車・水素、スマート観光、ICT融合など江原特別自治道が戦略的に育成中の分野の技術力を保有するディープテック企業で、今後地域戦略産業の生態系の造成に寄与すると期待される。
イ・ジョンジョン江原革新センター代表は「センターは創業-BuSプログラムを通じて地域有望スタートアップを発掘し、初期段階で迅速な投資が可能になるよう支援システムを強化している」とし「今回の投資を通じて地域基盤企業が急速に成長できることを期待し、今後も江原特別自治道の戦略産業と連携した投資拡大に努める計画。

江原道创新中心上半年向5家潜力新创企业投资2.3亿韩元
江原道创造经济革新中心（以下简称江原革新中心） 17日宣布，与5家有前景的初创企业签订了2024年上半年总额2.3亿韩元的投资合同。
此次投资由江原道革新中心运营的“江原革新创业1号”投资集团和“江原青年创业基金1号”共同进行。投资对象为中小企业部创业孵化项目Startup-BuS（初创企业培育战略）中发现的初创企业，其总部设在江原地区或已迁至江原道，并在当地初创企业生态系统中运营。
此次投资的公司共有▲开发并量产内燃机商用车氢动力汽车改装平台的‘Parotek’、▲开发基于AI技术的牙齿颜色提取诊断平台‘T-GRID’的‘Another Doctor’、▲提供以人为本的LED照明解决方案的‘The Bio’、▲运营基于SaaS的露营地综合管理解决方案的‘Makeworks Communication’、▲提供基于数据支持专辑策划服务‘PLAYCOUNT’的‘Soundat’等5家公司。
江原道革新中心表示，此次获得投资的初创企业均为在生物/健康、未来汽车/氢能、智能旅游、ICT融合等江原道特别自治道战略培育领域拥有技术实力的深度科技企业，未来有望为构建区域战略产业生态系统做出贡献。
江原道创新中心负责人李海正表示：“中心正在通过Startup-BuS项目发掘有潜力的本地初创企业，并加强支持体系，以便在早期阶段实现快速投资。” 他补充道：“我们希望此次投资能够帮助本地企业快速成长，并计划继续努力扩大与江原道战略产业相关的投资。”

Le centre d'innovation de Gangwon investit 230 millions de wons dans cinq startups prometteuses au premier semestre de l'année
Le Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (ci-après dénommé Gangwon Innovation Center) a annoncé le 17 avoir signé des contrats d'investissement d'une valeur totale de 230 millions de wons avec cinq startups prometteuses au cours du premier semestre 2024.
Cet investissement a été réalisé par le groupe d'investissement « Gangwon Innovation Startup 1 » et le « Gangwon Youth Startup Fund 1 », gérés par le Centre d'innovation de Gangwon. Les entreprises ciblées sont des startups découvertes dans le cadre du programme d'incubation de startups du ministère des PME et des startups, Startup-BuS (Build up Strategy for Startups), et dont le siège social est situé dans la région de Gangwon ou qui s'y sont implantées et qui évoluent au sein de l'écosystème startup local.
Les sociétés d'investissement sont au nombre de 5 : ▲'Parotek', qui développe et produit en série une plateforme pour convertir les véhicules commerciaux à moteur à combustion interne en véhicules à hydrogène ; ▲'Another Doctor', qui a développé T-GRID, une plateforme d'extraction et de diagnostic de la couleur des dents basée sur la technologie de l'IA ; ▲'The Bio', qui fournit des solutions d'éclairage LED centrées sur l'humain ; ▲'Makeworks Communication', qui exploite une solution intégrée de gestion de camping basée sur SaaS ; et ▲'Soundat', qui fournit PLAYCOUNT, un service basé sur les données pour l'assistance à la planification des albums.
Selon le Gangwon Innovation Center, les startups qui ont reçu un investissement cette fois-ci sont des entreprises de haute technologie dotées de prouesses technologiques dans des domaines que la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon encourage stratégiquement, tels que la bio/santé, les voitures du futur/hydrogène, le tourisme intelligent et la convergence des TIC, et devraient contribuer à la création d'un écosystème industriel stratégique régional à l'avenir.
Lee Hae-jeong, directeur du Centre d'innovation de Gangwon, a déclaré : « Le centre identifie des startups locales prometteuses grâce au programme Startup-BuS et renforce le système de soutien pour permettre un investissement rapide dès les premières phases. » Il a ajouté : « Nous espérons que cet investissement favorisera la croissance rapide des entreprises locales et nous prévoyons de poursuivre nos efforts pour accroître les investissements liés aux industries stratégiques de la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon. »
