Epopsoft (CEO Jong-Heum Park and Young-Min Choi), which operates the AI English learning app Malhaeboka, announced on the 21st that it was selected as one of the '2025 Asia Pacific High-Growth Companies' by the Financial Times (FT) of the UK.
'Asia Pacific High-Growth Companies' is a ranking jointly announced by the Financial Times and global market research firm Statista, and annually selects 500 companies with the highest sales growth rates in 14 Asia Pacific countries. In this survey, which is in its 7th year, 90 Korean companies were named.
This evaluation was conducted on companies with annual sales of over $100,000 in 2020 and annual sales of over $1 million in 2023. Epopsoft ranked 25th out of 500 companies with a sales growth rate of 2004% and an average annual growth rate of 176% from 2020 to 2023. This is the 10th highest ranking among Korean companies and the highest ranking in the domestic edutech industry.
In particular, it is the only company in the domestic edutech industry to enter the top 100, proving its unrivaled growth within the industry.
This year, Epopsoft plans to fully advance into the Taiwanese and Spanish-speaking markets and focus on improving new features, including learning conversational expressions.
CEO Jong-Heum Park said, “It is very meaningful to be recognized as a fast-growing company in the global market,” and added, “This year, we will focus on improving our services so that users can learn English more easily and effectively, while also securing more users by launching a global version.”
Meanwhile, Epopsoft, an edutech company founded in 2018, provides an easy and efficient English learning experience through its flagship service, Malboka. As of February of this year, Malboka has surpassed 7 million cumulative downloads.
