Through this MOU, Grothone plans to establish IP strategies for technology startups and protect intellectual property rights by collaborating with Sangsang Patent Law Firm on its professional patent consulting and application support to enhance essential technological competitiveness.
Sangsang Patent Law Firm provides specialized legal services in the field of intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, and designs. Gross One provides various legal services to startups through cooperation with Sangsang Patent Law Firm, such as patent application, technology value assessment, and prevention of intellectual property disputes, and supports the protection and management of intellectual property rights of startups.
In particular, GrothOne plans to strengthen the technological competitiveness of startups through the 'Startup Customized Patent Consulting' of the Sangsang Patent Law Firm and to support the establishment of intellectual property strategies from the early stages of business. In addition, through the 'Overseas Patent Application Support' of the Sangsang Patent Law Firm, it will support the acquisition of intellectual property rights for startups to enter overseas markets and help strengthen global competitiveness.
In addition, GrothOne plans to develop and operate an intellectual property rights education program for startups in cooperation with the Imagination Patent Law Firm to raise awareness of intellectual property rights among startup executives and employees and strengthen their intellectual property rights management capabilities.
