Schneider Electric Named #1 Global DCIM Supplier

Schneider Electric (Korea Branch Representative Jiwoong Kwon), a global company leading the digital transformation in energy management and automation, has been selected as the 'No. 1 Leading DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) Supplier' by Data Centre Magazine, a prestigious UK IT and data centre specialized media outlet.

This selection is a result of Schneider Electric's 'EcoStruxure IT' solution's contribution to maximizing data center management efficiency and sustainability. Data Center Magazine selected 10 leading DCIM solution companies, including Schneider Electric, Eaton, Ekko Sense, IBM, and Johnson Controls.

As digital transformation accelerates, efficient operation and energy management of data centers are emerging as key tasks for companies. DCIM solutions support real-time monitoring and optimization of data center infrastructure, enabling reduction of operating costs and construction of sustainable data centers. Accordingly, companies are pursuing innovation by introducing smarter and more automated management solutions.

Schneider Electric's 'EcoStruxure IT' is a cloud-based DCIM solution designed to analyze and optimize the power consumption, cooling system, and IT equipment status of data center infrastructure in real time. This allows operators to efficiently monitor remotely and utilize AI-based predictive analysis functions to detect and respond to potential failures in advance.

In particular, EcoStruxure IT provides easy integration and a user-friendly interface, allowing companies to easily connect with existing IT management tools, increase visibility of IT infrastructure, and help companies achieve their ESG goals by maximizing energy efficiency.

“Schneider Electric’s goal is to help enterprises operate their data centers more sustainably and efficiently,” said Kevin Brown, Vice President, EcoStruxure IT, Global Secure Power Business, Schneider Electric. “Schneider Electric will continue to support data centers to achieve energy efficiency and operational optimization through innovative DCIM solutions, further strengthening our position as a global leader in realizing digitalization and sustainability.”
