FortiTumaru participates in the 'AI Autonomous Manufacturing Innovation Forum'

Generative AI startup 42Maru announced that it will be giving a keynote speech on ‘Utilization of Generative AI in Industrial Sites’ at the ‘AI Autonomous Manufacturing Innovation Forum’ held at COEX in Samseong-dong on the 12th.

The '2025 AI Autonomous Manufacturing Innovation Forum' is a place to discuss the convergence and expansion of AI and autonomous manufacturing technology that will lead the future of the manufacturing industry. It covers various topics such as industrial AI, robot convergence technology, digital twin, ESG, and smart logistics with the goal of improving manufacturing efficiency in the industrial sector. This forum is hosted by Cheomdan Co., Ltd. and will be held for three days from March 12 to 14 at the COEX Conference Room in Samseong-dong.

On the first day of the event, March 12th, at 10:30 AM, FortiTumaru CEO Kim Dong-hwan will introduce the latest generative AI technology trends and industrial application cases in the first session under the theme of ‘Use of Generative AI in Industrial Sites.’ In particular, he will provide practical insights focusing on cases where FortiTumaru’s RAG42, a search-augmented generation technology that combines artificial intelligence reading (MRC) technology, and LLM42, a specialized, lightweight model for industrial sites, have been applied to actual industrial sites.

In addition, CEO Kim will analyze the technical and operational challenges that may arise from the introduction of generative AI to its application in the field, and will also disclose strategies and know-how to solve them.

FortyTwoMaru is a generative AI startup that develops and services a lightweight model LLM42 optimized for specialized industries by engineering RAG42, a search augmentation technology that alleviates the hallucination phenomenon, a shortcoming of ultra-large language models, and MRC42, an AI reading technology. In addition, it supports a private mode for enterprises, so that ultra-large AI can be safely utilized without worrying about internal corporate data and sensitive customer information leaks, and the costs of solution construction, learning, and serving can be significantly reduced.

CEO Kim Dong-hwan said, “Generative AI is establishing itself as a key technology that increases efficiency and accelerates innovation in the manufacturing and engineering industries,” and added, “I hope that this lecture will provide an opportunity for many industry professionals to confirm the potential of AI technology and actual utilization strategies.”
