Nowrobotics files securities report

NowRobotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter NowRobotics, CEO Jong-Joo Lee), a specialized robotics manufacturing company, announced on the 21st that it had submitted a securities report for listing on KOSDAQ.

Founded in 2016, Now Robotics is an intelligent robot company that has secured a lineup of robot products that cover all industries, including ▲retrieval robots ▲orthogonal robots ▲multi-joint robots ▲SCARA robots, industrial robots, and autonomous logistics robots.

Nowrobotics provides a One Stop Total Robot Solution based on a diverse robot lineup secured based on the core software and hardware source technologies of the robot industry, including ▲robot framework and control engine ▲precision control based on servo control ▲precision driving technology for unmanned mobile robots ▲robot operation SW platform ▲robot hardware (manipulator) design and development technology, and ▲robot automation system construction and development technology.

Lee Jong-joo, CEO of Nowrobotics, said, “We will accelerate facility investment and technological innovation through the KOSDAQ listing,” and “We will focus on continuous R&D and marketing expansion to become a global robotics company.”

The total number of shares offered by Nowrobotics is 2.5 million, and the desired offering price band is 5900-6800 won. The total offering size is 14.75-170 billion won. Considering the general securities report effective date, demand forecasting for institutional investors will be conducted from the 11th to the 17th of next month, and subscription for general investors will be conducted from the 21st to the 24th of the same month. The lead underwriter is Daishin Securities, and the co-underwriter is I.M. Securities.
