Enco Withers Attracts 2 Billion Won in Investment

Encowithus Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong-Hoon Oh), which operates a mid- to long-term rental platform for foreigners, announced on the 10th that it had attracted 2 billion won in pre-series A investment.

Founded in 2020, Enco Withers operates a mid- to long-term rental platform for foreigners called 'Enco Stay' . Beyond simply providing rental information, Enco Withers also provides various services such as multilingual support, local living information, and simplified contract procedures to help foreigners reside stably in Korea.

With this investment, Encoder plans to improve service quality by strengthening technology development, marketing, and recruiting talent, and to expand into domestic and international markets.

An investment company official said, “As the influx of foreigners has increased due to the recent transition to endemicity, the demand for proptech services targeting foreigners has skyrocketed.” He added, “Encowithus is expected to contribute to increasing the convenience of housing for foreigners, and will be able to achieve continuous growth not only in the domestic market but also in the global market.”

CEO Oh Jeong-hoon said, “With this investment, we plan to accelerate our advance into overseas markets as well as the domestic market,” and added, “Through expanded services, we will grow into a platform that solves the problem of foreigners settling in Korea and strengthen our role as a global culture bridge that more closely connects foreigners and local communities.”

Meanwhile, Encowithers, a graduate of the tourism startup company that moved into the Seoul Tourism Plaza, is expanding the infrastructure for foreign residences in cooperation with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul Tourism Foundation, Sogang University, etc., and is securing differentiated competitiveness.
