Manmanhan Guys Co., Ltd. (CEO Jang Cheol-ho, hereinafter referred to as 'Manmanhan Guys') announced on the 27th that it was selected as a '2025 Excellent Employment Company' by Busan City in recognition of its contribution to expanding employment and creating jobs.
Busan City has been selecting 'Excellent Employment Companies' every year since 2010 to create a stable employment environment in the region and encourage companies to expand employment. This year, a total of 15 companies were selected. The Manman Guys qualified to apply based on their record of increasing the number of regular workers by more than 10 over the past three years, and were finally selected after document screening, on-site evaluation, and selection review committee review.
The awards ceremony was held at 11:00 AM on that day in the Busan City Hall conference room with about 40 people in attendance, including Busan Mayor Park Hyung-joon and representatives of excellent employment companies.
Since its establishment in 2018, Manman Guys has maintained steady growth and has focused on recruiting young talents. It seems that the relatively low turnover rate has had a positive effect on this evaluation. The company is currently headquartered in Busan, and operates branches in Seoul, Incheon, and Jeju. It has overseas branches in Singapore and Malaysia, and is expanding its business in the global market.
CEO Jang Cheol-ho said, “I am honored to be recognized for our continued efforts to recruit and nurture local youth talent,” and added, “We will continue to strive to become a company that grows together with its members and develops together with the local community.”
