
Doohands, which operates the fulfillment service 'Poomgo', announced on the 5th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with KSE International Logistics, a Japanese B2C e-commerce delivery specialist, to strengthen logistics services for Japan.
Through this agreement, Doohands and KSE International Logistics plan to actively support domestic companies’ entry into the Japanese market and provide customized Japanese delivery services that fit each company’s situation and industrial characteristics. Doohands will be in charge of the entire fulfillment service based on its fulfillment system ‘Poomgo Now’ and the capabilities accumulated through Naver’s guaranteed arrival and Qten Japan delivery services, while KSE International Logistics will be in charge of air and sea delivery services based on its 25 years of forwarding and customs clearance experience in Japan.
The two companies will provide customized logistics services to companies that need to move inventory forward in Japan, and will also focus on improving delivery speed. Parcels sent from Korea to Japan are guaranteed to arrive within five days, and a fast delivery service within three days will also be launched soon.
KSE International Logistics is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, and operates 21 logistics centers throughout Japan. The company has 13 years of accumulated customs clearance know-how and holds an official Japanese customs clearance license, providing efficient and fast delivery services to Japan.
Doohands is a startup that operates the fulfillment service 'Poomgo', and provides 'Poomgo Now', a fulfillment operation management solution optimized for e-commerce. In cooperation with Naver, it supports services such as guaranteed arrival, same-day delivery, and 24-hour order closing, and provides overseas delivery services to 220 countries through an exclusive partnership with FedEx. For the Japanese region, it operates a Q-ten Japan specialized service that guarantees fast delivery within 5 days.
