Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced that it has selected five participating companies for the '2025 BOUNCE Smart Ocean and Fintech Accelerating' program to foster promising startups in the smart ocean and fintech sectors and has begun full-scale program operation.
This program is an accelerating program that focuses on supporting technological advancement, commercialization, and investment attraction capacity enhancement for early-stage startups in the smart marine (a convergence industry that combines information and communication technology with the marine industry) and fintech (an innovative industry that combines finance and technology) fields as part of the 'Pre-BOUNCE Platform Operation Project' operated by Busan Changgyeong.
A total of five companies were finally selected. In the smart maritime field, ▲Dataflare Co., Ltd. (AI-based port carbon emission monitoring solution 'AI Port Carbon Agent'), ▲Synergy Partner Co., Ltd. (AI-based ship refueling optimization platform 'BunkerSync AI'), and ▲TeamReboot Co., Ltd. (AI agent-based office work automation solution) were selected. In the fintech field, ▲Crosshub Co., Ltd. (DID-based authentication and easy payment solution 'IDBlock', 'B-Pay'), and ▲Uproot Company Co., Ltd. (AI-based smart digital asset accumulation investment solution 'Beat Saving') are participating in the program.
Selected companies will receive various benefits, including ▲startup activity expenses ▲investment capacity enhancement tailored to demand ▲industrial site visits (insight trips) ▲mentoring by experts in each field ▲support projects linked to the center, for approximately six months from July to December.
In particular, 'Demand-tailored investment capacity enhancement' is organically structured to include expert matching, pitching coaching, and IR data enhancement, taking into account the investment attraction stage and required capabilities of a company, while 'industry site visits' are operated as experiential programs that allow direct visits to related organizations and corporate sites and interaction with field experts.
Meanwhile, the 'Pre-BOUNCE Platform' to which this program belongs is an open platform that discovers and fosters prospective entrepreneurs and startups all year round. Since last year, Busan Changgyeong has been supporting the continuous growth of startups by operating regular mentoring, monthly programs, and acceleration through Pre-BOUNCE.
Busan Changgyeong PM Jang Han-i said, “Smart ocean and fintech are strategic industries that Busan is intensively fostering as future growth engines,” and added, “Through this program, we will actively support technology-focused startups to quickly settle into the market and further lay the foundation for global expansion.”
