Gyeonggi Content Agency (President Yong-Seok Tak, hereinafter referred to as Gyeonggi Content Agency) announced that it held the first event of the '2025 Gyeonggi Level Up Investment Round' at Gyeonggi Content Korea Lab on July 2.
The 'Gyeonggi Level Up Investment Round' is a 1:1 business matching program designed to expand investment attraction opportunities for content companies in Gyeonggi Province and support practical investment connections through networking with private investment companies.
This event was attended by 46 content startups selected through the pitching day of the '2025 Gyeonggi Level Up Program', and a total of 160 business matches were made with 42 investment companies belonging to 'Gyeonggi Level Up Invest Partners (G-VIP)' that are willing to invest in Gyeonggi-do content companies.
Prior to the event, new business agreements were signed with three investment companies, including Nautilus Investment, Nice Investment Partners, and K-Net Investment Partners, thereby increasing the cumulative number of G-VIP investment companies to 90. Through this, Gyeongconjin plans to strengthen the ecosystem centered on private investment, supplement the limitations of public funds, and promote the growth of content companies in the province.
This investment round was divided into seed and pre-A stages according to the company's growth stage, and consultations with investors were conducted four times, each lasting 30 minutes, to ensure efficient matching.
Kyungkonjin plans to conduct the 'Gyeonggi Level Up Investment Round' a total of three times this year, and plans to continuously strengthen related networking and linkage programs so that it can lead to follow-up investments beyond simple matching.
