The Korea Venture Business Association (Chairman Song Byung-jun) announced on the 4th that it has begun recruiting participating companies for the '2025 VentureAce' project, which discovers and selects excellent venture companies.
'Venture Ace' is a program to select venture companies with innovation and growth potential, promote their excellence internally and externally, and support sustainable growth. The project has been operated under the name of 'Excellent Venture Selection Project' since 2016, and a total of 858 companies have been selected so far.
This year, along with the introduction of a new brand called 'Venture Ace', the entire business structure was reorganized. The previous method of selecting about 100 companies in 6~7 categories was combined into 3 categories: ▲Technological Innovation, ▲Global Expansion, and ▲Job Creation, and the selection scale was reduced to about 10 companies. The plan is to strengthen the representativeness and symbolism of the selected companies through this.
Selected companies will be provided with practical growth opportunities through linkages with various support projects operated by the association, including support for press and new media publicity, finance, overseas expansion, and talent recruitment.
The participants are unlisted venture companies that hold a ‘Venture Confirmation Certificate’ as of the announcement date, and are finally selected through a comprehensive review and document screening by field.
An official from the Korea Venture Business Association said, “Venture Ace is a symbolic project that discovers companies with both innovation and growth potential within the venture ecosystem,” and added, “We will not spare any effort in providing multifaceted support so that the selected companies can create tangible results and take a leap forward.”
