BHSN (CEO Jeong-geun Lim), the operator of legal AI solution allibee, announced on the 3rd that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hangul & Computer (hereinafter referred to as Hancom) for the introduction of Legal AI.

Through this agreement, the two companies will establish a multifaceted cooperation system, including ▲AI technology exchange and provision of guidance ▲platform opening ▲product linkage, and will install BHSN Legal AI functions in Hancom's main services.

To this end, BHSN will provide its core function, 'AI Contract Review', as an add-on to Hancom Office's 'Hangeul' and cloud-based 'Hancom Docs'. In addition, it plans to develop a system that will allow Hancom users to utilize the document analysis function equipped with Legal AI by linking its self-developed legal-specific large language model (Legal-LLM) to Hancom's AI-based document writing tool, 'Hancom Assistant'.

Hancom will actively cooperate in improving document compatibility and usability by providing technical guidance for the development of BHSN's add-on services, as well as functions necessary for editing legal documents in BHSN's Allybee solution. Detailed information, such as usage methods and service fees, will be provided along with the service launch.

BHSN CEO Lim Jeong-geun said, “Contract review is a task that requires a high level of accuracy, so AI technology developed specifically for law rather than general-purpose AI can help improve work efficiency.” He added, “Through our collaboration with Hancom, we will broaden the contact points of our legal AI and expand the scope of application not only to corporations but also to public institutions.”

Seunghyun Jang, head of Hancom AI Business Division, said, “Through this collaboration, we plan to provide Hancom users with a more professional and convenient contract document writing environment,” and “We will continue to advance AI technology to create a smart, user-centered document environment.”

Meanwhile, BHSN's 'AI Contract Review' function, the only legal AI-based one in Korea, quickly analyzes contracts based on its own legal AI, and is showing its strengths in improving the accuracy and efficiency of legal documents, such as ▲detection of missing clauses and classification of review priorities ▲contract-based Q&A ▲simultaneous support for Korean and English contracts.
