
GMISSION Co., Ltd. (CEO: Han Jun-seop), a company specializing in AI-based document processing and data recognition solutions, announced on the 15th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with SnapTag Co., Ltd. (CEO: Min Kyung-woong), an information security and intellectual property protection technology company, regarding ‘sales of intellectual property authentication and security solutions utilizing invisible watermarks.’
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to strengthen the security and authenticity authentication capabilities required in the digital content environment based on their respective technological prowess and industry understanding, and seek joint business opportunities.
As part of the collaboration, the solution combining Gmission’s AI-based document analysis technology and SnapTag’s invisible watermarking technology is expected to be a new response in the digital market where content authenticity verification and intellectual property protection have emerged as important issues.
With this agreement, Gmission will be able to operate its existing solutions, such as AI fax, document summarization, and data extraction, in a more stable and secure environment, and based on this, it plans to expand its business in various fields, such as public, financial, and industrial.
Meanwhile, CEO Han Jun-seop of Jimmy Mission said, “The technology to verify the authenticity and source of digital content will become an essential basic technology in the future,” and “We expect that this collaboration will help us improve our technological capabilities and strengthen our market responsiveness.”
