Testo Korea signs official agency contract with HK

Testo Korea ( CEO Jeon Kyeong-ung), the Korean branch of Testo, a global company in the measurement technology field, announced on the 16th that it has signed an official agency agreement with HK Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Hyang-cheon) for the distribution of measuring equipment for group catering.

The market for group catering kitchenware includes products that require hygiene and durability for large-scale group catering facilities such as schools, government offices, and training centers. Since 2007, HK Co., Ltd. has established a unique position in the market by operating 'HK Mart (www.hkmart.co.kr),' an online shopping mall specializing in group catering kitchenware.

With this contract, HK Co., Ltd. will serve as the official distributor for Testo Korea's 'Food' division and will supply Testo's high-quality temperature and hygiene measuring equipment, such as the testo 106, 104IR BT, and testo 270 BT, to school cafeterias and other sites through HK Mart starting in the second half of the year.

Testo Korea provides innovative measurement solutions related to food safety, including food temperature measurement, frying oil quality inspection, data monitoring, and pH measurement. Through this partnership, both companies expect to expand their market share and improve customer satisfaction by combining their product and sales expertise.

“The collaboration with HK, a company with expertise in the distribution of group meal kitchenware, will be a significant turning point in expanding the ‘food safety’ market,” said Moon Hyun-chul, business unit manager at Testo Korea. “We plan to provide customers with a quick and stable product supply and service.”

HK CEO Ji-Hyeon Choi also stated, “Through this collaboration, we will supply innovative measuring equipment to the domestic group meal kitchenware market and contribute to creating a safe and sanitary meal service environment.”
