Namu Technology (CEO Jeong Cheol) has formalized its transformation into an AI specialized company by promoting a company name change. The company plans to make a final decision on the agenda to change the company name to 'Namu AI.X' at the extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on September 10.
The new mission, 'AI.X', carries the meaning of providing expanded value to customer business experience based on AI technology, and clearly reflects NamuTech's AI-centered business transformation strategy. The company plans to expand its AI service-centered business by combining its own cloud solution with the AI platform currently under development.
Namoo Technology has accumulated AI application experience suitable for industrial sites by carrying out various projects such as generative AI analysis environment, large-scale data processing, and AI-based automation. Based on the cloud-native PaaS 'Cocktail Cloud' and the multi-hybrid cloud integrated management platform 'SPERO', it has supported digital transformation and AI infrastructure introduction in the finance, public, media, and manufacturing sectors.
In addition, we established an AI headquarters under the leadership of the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) to execute the AI-centered growth roadmap. This organization has comprehensive response capabilities, from establishing technology strategies to developing solutions, designing and operating industry-specific application models.
Namu Technology is developing its own AI agent platform, 'Namu Agent Platform', and plans to advance the full-stack technology system through this so that companies can operate independent AI services without relying on external technologies. The platform is differentiated in that it can implement AI model execution, agent configuration, and service operation within a single structure, thereby increasing the convenience of AI introduction and utilization for customers. It is scheduled for official launch in the second half of the year.
With this change of mission, Namoo Technology plans to proactively respond to AI demands by industry based on its accumulated technology assets and execution base, and strengthen its position as a full-stack independent AI specialized company.
