This project will be carried out over two years until 2026, and aims to reconstruct the aging academic system to fit the latest IT environment and digitally transform the entire academic administration, including improving the student-centered user experience (UX).
Dongyang Mirae University was facing a decline in work efficiency and limitations in responding to personal information protection due to the aging of the existing system, and thus set ▲strengthening user convenience functions ▲improving the information service environment ▲upgrading the personal information protection system as its main tasks. Tomato System was selected as the business operator based on its technical prowess and performance experience in the relevant field.
In this project, Tomato System will completely rebuild the system by applying the latest technology based on web standards, and will also implement a new mobile-based course registration system. In addition, it plans to improve accessibility and management efficiency across major academic tasks such as classes, academic records, graduation, and scholarships, and strengthen the system security level through personal information impact assessments and security inspections.
In addition, the company will implement an intuitive and flexible UI/UX environment by utilizing its UI development platform, 'Xbuilder 6', and secure development productivity and maintenance efficiency by applying an automatic source conversion tool. The construction of an integrated service that takes into account inter-system connectivity and compatibility will also be promoted.
Tomato System, based on its many years of experience in maintaining and improving academic systems, plans to minimize risks through stable system conversion and systematic project management in this project as well.
