Muhayu Obtains ISO 9001 Certification, International Standard for Quality Management

Muhayu (CEO Dong-ho Shin), an AI solution company based on natural language understanding, announced on the 23rd that it has acquired ISO 9001, an international quality management system certification, for its main services.

ISO 9001 is a quality management system certification established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It is granted after a third party objectively evaluates whether the products and services provided by a company reliably meet customer needs and related laws and regulations.

Through this certification, Muhayu has been recognized for its quality management system in the development and operation of ▲AI plagiarism detection service ‘Copykiller’ ▲AI document evaluation service ‘Prism’ ▲interactive AI interview service ‘Monster’. This is the first time that an AI-based recruitment service has acquired ISO 9001.

Its flagship service, 'CopyKiller', is a service that quickly analyzes whether there is plagiarism in a document based on a database of approximately 10 billion records, and is currently used by approximately 10 million people in 3,485 institutions including public institutions, educational institutions, and companies. In particular, it is equipped with 'GPT Killer', a function that identifies written sentences based on generative AI, enabling sentences written with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. to be identified with high accuracy.

In the AI recruitment service field, it includes ‘Prism’, which automatically evaluates self-introductions, and ‘Monster’, a conversational interview solution. Prism uses GPT Killer to detect AI-generated sentences and quickly analyzes organizational fit, grammar, and job competency. Monster analyzes applicants’ answers in real time during interviews to generate follow-up questions and provides functions to evaluate personality and job fit.
