Krafton acquires 'Eleventh Hour Games'

Krafton Inc. (CEO Chang-han Kim) is acquiring a 100% stake in Eleventh Hour Games, the developer of the action RPG 'Last Epoch'.

Through this acquisition, Krafton plans to secure competitive franchise IP and further strengthen its position in the global market. Eleventh Hour Games will lay the foundation for the long-term growth of the franchise, including expansion of console platforms and strengthening of seasonal content operations. Krafton plans to provide comprehensive support in various aspects, including infrastructure, global publishing, and live services, and the existing management-centered operating system will remain in place even after the acquisition.
