Azwemake Signs Business Agreement with Nanum Vitamin

Azwemake Co., Ltd. (CEO Sooyoung Son), which operates the integrated management solution for digital transformation (DX) of grocery stores, Q Market, announced on the 11th that it has signed a business agreement with digital donation infrastructure startup Nanum Vitamin Co., Ltd. (CEO Hayeon Kim) to improve the welfare of children at risk of starvation and spread a culture of sharing and coexistence in the region.

This agreement aims to leverage Qmarket's nationwide supermarket network and platform infrastructure to connect children at risk of hunger in the region with a digital donation system, making it easier to access essential supplies and groceries. Children can use their donations in real time at a nearby Qmarket affiliated supermarket, and donors can transparently track their donations.

The two companies also plan to operate a joint program to encourage voluntary social contribution participation among Qmarket affiliated store owners and to pursue regional ESG campaigns and joint initiatives. Through these initiatives, they aim to establish a new private-sector collaboration model that connects local businesses and welfare through a platform-centric approach.

Azwemake is a company that provides SaaS (Software as a Service) infrastructure for grocery stores, integrating various functions such as platform and labor supply, credit payments, and donation linking. Combining this with Nanum Vitamin's digital donation system is expected to create a transparent social contribution system that tracks and manages the entire process in real time, from donation to beneficiary.

“We are delighted to be able to simultaneously address two challenges: child welfare and local economic revitalization through the Qmarket platform,” said Aswemake CEO Son Soo-young. “We will continue to expand our win-win model that combines technology and distribution.”

Nanum Vitamin CEO Kim Ha-yeon said, “The digital-based welfare infrastructure in collaboration with local supermarkets is the first step toward realizing connections in everyday life beyond simple donations,” and added, “Through our collaboration with Q Market, we will create a systematic and warm sharing ecosystem.”
