Dinoticia Signs Business Agreement with Scoinfo

Dnotitia Inc. (CEO: Jeong Moo-kyung), a company specializing in long-term memory artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductor integrated solutions, announced on the 14th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with software company SKOINFO (CEO: Doo Gun-cheol) and will begin full-scale cooperation to enhance local public services and expand the introduction of artificial intelligence technology.

This agreement aims to accelerate the digital transformation of the public sector and establish a practical cooperative system for the discovery and joint promotion of regional AI projects, leveraging the technologies and experience of both companies.

Scoinfo has implemented various public IT projects, including the establishment of public information systems and open public data platforms based on the e-government standard framework, and boasts practical experience and a solid reputation in related fields. Dinoticia develops AI infrastructure technologies, including LLM-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, and VDPU (Vector Data Processing Unit) semiconductors, and is pursuing the expansion of these technologies beyond the private sector into the public sector.

In particular, the RAGOps solution provided by Dinoticia is designed to enable easy construction of a RAG system based on customer data without separate customization, and is attracting attention as it can be utilized as a standardized AI tool in the public sector.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly plan AI-based digital administrative services and public data application projects in conjunction with local public institutions and promote practical commercialization.

“Through this collaboration, we will combine Scoinfo’s public data construction experience with Dinoticia’s Agentic RAG technology to lay the foundation for applying universal and automated AI solutions in the public sector,” said Jeongmu Kyung, CEO of Dinoticia. “We will contribute to making it easier for AI technology to be introduced across regional public services.”

Scoinfo CEO Doo Gun-cheol said, “Scoinfo has been working hard to advance the e-government system based on the intersection of technology and administration,” and added, “Our collaboration with Dinoticia is a meaningful starting point for applying AI technology to actual public services, and we believe it will contribute to public innovation at the local level.”
