부산연합기술지주㈜(대표이사 박훈기)는 8월 20일 오전 웨스틴조선부산 오키드룸에서 창립 10주년 기념식 및 성과공유회를 개최했다. 이번 행사는 부산지역 대학, 유관기관, 출자기업, 전국 연합기술지주 대표 등 약 70여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행되었다.
이날 기념식에는 서병수 前 국회의원(前 부산광역시장)을 비롯해 부산시 금융창업정책관 및 청년산학국 관계자, 부산테크노파크 김형균 원장, 주주대학 산학협력단 단장, 전국 연합기술지주 대표, 출자회사 대표들이 대거 참석해 자리를 빛냈다.
행사는 개회 및 내빈 소개에 이어 서병수 前 국회의원과 김형균 부산테크노파크 원장의 축사로 막을 올렸다. 이어 박훈기 대표이사는 환영사와 함께 지난 10년간의 성과를 공유하며 “지역사회를 기반으로 기술사업화와 스타트업 성장 지원을 선도해온 10년을 넘어, 앞으로는 전국 연합기술지주와 함께 창업생태계를 활성화하고 성장시켜 나가겠다”고 말했다.
성과공유회 세션에서는 부산연합기술지주 출자기업들의 성공 사례가 발표됐다.
먼저 ㈜뉴라이즌 이승욱 대표는 부산대 학생 창업기업으로서, 차세대 나노융합 필터소재 ‘듀라필텍스’를 중심으로 기존 필터 수명을 크게 개선하고 폐기물과 탄소배출을 줄이는 친환경 클린테크 기업으로 성장하고 있음을 소개했다. ㈜엘렉트 최인규 대표는 디젤 굴착기를 전기 굴착기로 쉽게 전환할 수 있는 혁신적 하이브리드 시스템 ‘에코큐브(EcoCube)’를 개발해 양산화에 성공하여 국내 출시했으며, 창업 1년 만에 9억 원의 매출을 달성했다고 전했다. 마지막으로 ㈜티큐어 강현욱 대표는 부경대 의공학과 교수로, 세계 최초로 ‘360도 전방향 광 전달형 내시경용 레이저 치료 시스템’을 개발해 난치성 소화기 질환 치료의 혁신을 이끌고 있는 성과를 공유했다.
이어 ㈜전북지역대학연합기술지주회사 지건열 대표가 ‘연합기술지주의 역할과 협의체 필요성’을 주제로 발표하며 연합기술지주 간 협력 체계의 중요성을 강조했다.
발표 직후, 전국 8개 연합기술지주사가 함께하는 ‘전국 연합기술지주 협의체 결성 MOU’가 체결됐다. 참석자들은 협약을 통해 ▲산학협력법 개정 공동 대응 ▲중앙정부·지자체 협업체계 구축 ▲공동 기술 투자 확대 및 지방 혁신기업 성장 기반 확보 ▲지역 맞춤형 R&D·융합 기술 교류 네트워크 및 인프라 구축 등에 뜻을 모았다.
이날 참석한 주주대학 관계자는 “부산연합기술지주가 지난 10년간 부산 창업생태계 조성에 중추적 역할을 했다”며 “앞으로도 지역대학과 연계한 창업·투자 활성화를 통해 부산을 넘어 전국 혁신 창업의 거점이 되길 기대한다”고 전했다.
부산연합기술지주는 2015년 9월 부산광역시의 주도로 부산테크노파크와 지역 16개 대학이 주주로 참여해 설립됐으며, 지난 10년간 기술사업화와 창업기업 지원을 통해 지역 창업 생태계 발전에 기여해왔다. 박훈기 대표는 “앞으로 전국 연합 기술지주와의 협력을 통해 창업 지원과 기술사업화를 한층 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Busan United Technology Holdings Holds 10th Anniversary Ceremony and Performance Sharing Meeting
Busan United Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Hoon-ki) held its 10th anniversary celebration and performance sharing event at the Orchid Room of the Westin Chosun Busan on the morning of August 20th. Approximately 70 people attended the event, including representatives from Busan-area universities, related organizations, participating companies, and United Technology Holdings nationwide.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of former National Assemblyman Seo Byeong-su (former Mayor of Busan Metropolitan City), Busan City's Financial Startup Policy Officer and Youth Industry-Academia Bureau officials, Busan Technopark Director Kim Hyeong-gyun, heads of industry-academic cooperation groups at shareholder universities, representatives of national joint technology holding companies, and representatives of invested companies.
The event kicked off with opening remarks and guest introductions, followed by congratulatory remarks from former National Assemblyman Seo Byung-soo and Busan Technopark Director Kim Hyung-gyun. CEO Park Hoon-ki then delivered a welcoming address and shared the company's achievements over the past decade. He stated, "We have been leading the way in supporting technology commercialization and startup growth through local communities for the past decade. Going forward, we will work with the national technology holding companies to revitalize and grow the startup ecosystem."
At the performance sharing session, success stories of Busan United Technology Holdings' invested companies were presented.
First, CEO Seung-wook Lee of New Risen Co., Ltd. introduced that as a Pusan National University student startup, the company is growing into an eco-friendly cleantech company that significantly improves the lifespan of existing filters and reduces waste and carbon emissions, centered around the next-generation nano-fusion filter material 'Durafiltex'. CEO In-kyu Choi of Elect Co., Ltd. announced that the company has developed and successfully mass-produced the 'EcoCube', an innovative hybrid system that can easily convert a diesel excavator into an electric excavator, and launched it domestically, achieving sales of 900 million won in just one year since its founding. Lastly, CEO Hyun-wook Kang of T-Cure Co., Ltd. is a professor of biomedical engineering at Pukyong National University. He shared the achievement of leading innovation in the treatment of intractable digestive diseases by developing the world's first '360-degree omnidirectional light transmission endoscopic laser treatment system'.
Next, CEO Ji Geon-yeol of Jeonbuk Regional University Technology Holding Company presented on the topic of “The Role of the Technology Holding Company and the Necessity of a Council,” emphasizing the importance of a cooperative system among the technology holding companies.
Immediately following the announcement, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed to establish a National Joint Technology Holdings Council, bringing together eight joint technology holding companies across the country. Through the agreement, attendees agreed to: ▲jointly respond to the revision of the Industry-Academia Cooperation Act; ▲establish a collaborative system between the central and local governments; ▲expand joint technology investment and secure a foundation for the growth of local innovative companies; and ▲establish a regionally tailored R&D and convergence technology exchange network and infrastructure.
An official from Busan University who attended the event said, “Busan United Technology Holdings has played a pivotal role in fostering Busan’s startup ecosystem over the past 10 years,” and added, “We hope that it will continue to become a hub for innovative startups across the country, beyond Busan, by activating startups and investments in conjunction with local universities.”
Established in September 2015 by the Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Technopark, and 16 local universities as shareholders, Busan United Technology Holdings has contributed to the development of the local startup ecosystem by supporting technology commercialization and startups over the past decade. CEO Park Hoon-ki stated, "Going forward, we will further strengthen our startup support and technology commercialization efforts through collaboration with national United Technology Holdings."

釜山連合技術持株、創立10周年記念式及び成果共有会終了
釜山連合技術持株(代表取締役パク・フンギ)は8月20日午前、ウェスティン朝鮮釜山オーキッドルームで創立10周年記念式及び成果共有会を開催した。今回のイベントは釜山地域大学、関連機関、出資企業、全国連合技術持株代表など約70人余りが参加した中で行われた。

行事は開会及び来賓紹介に続き、ソ・ビョンス前国会議員と金ヒョンギュン釜山テクノパーク院長の祝辞で幕を上げた。続いてパク・フンギ代表理事は歓迎社とともに過去10年間の成果を共有し、「地域社会を基盤に技術事業化とスタートアップ成長支援をリードしてきた10年を超え、今後は全国連合技術持株とともに創業生態系を活性化して成長させていく」と話した。
成果共有会セッションでは釜山連合技術持株出資企業の成功事例が発表された。
まず(株)ニューライズンイ・スンウク代表は釜山大学学生創業企業として、次世代ナノ融合フィルター素材「デュラフィルテックス」を中心に既存フィルター寿命を大幅に改善し、廃棄物と炭素排出を減らす環境に優しいクリンテック企業に成長していることを紹介した。 （株）エレクト・チェ・インギュ代表は、ディーゼル掘削機を電気掘削機に容易に切り替えることができる革新的なハイブリッドシステム「EcoCube」を開発し、量産化に成功して国内発売し、創業1年ぶりに9億ウォンの売上を達成したと伝えた。最後に(株)ティキュアカン・ヒョンウク代表は副経大医工学科教授で、世界初で'360度全方向光伝達型内視鏡用レーザー治療システム'を開発して難治性消化器疾患治療の革新を導いている成果を共有した。
続いて(株)全北地域大学連合技術持株会社ジガンヨル代表が「連合技術持株の役割と協議体必要性」をテーマに発表し、連合技術持株間の協力体系の重要性を強調した。
発表直後、全国8つの連合技術持株会社が共にする「全国連合技術持株協議体結成MOU」が締結された。参加者は協約を通じて▲産学協力法改正共同対応 ▲中央政府・自治体協業体制の構築 ▲共同技術投資拡大及び地方革新企業成長基盤確保 ▲地域カスタマイズ型R&D・融合技術交流ネットワーク及びインフラ構築などに意を集めた。
この日参加した株主大学関係者は「釜山連合技術持株が過去10年間、釜山創業生態系の造成に中心的な役割を果たした」とし「今後も地域大学と連携した創業・投資活性化を通じて釜山を越えて全国革新創業の拠点になることを期待する」と伝えた。
釜山連合技術持株は2015年9月、釜山広域市の主導で釜山テクノパークと地域16の大学が株主として参加して設立され、過去10年間の技術事業化と創業企業支援を通じて地域創業生態系の発展に寄与してきた。パク・フンギ代表は「今後全国連合技術持株との協力を通じて創業支援と技術事業化を一層強化していく」と明らかにした。

釜山联合技术控股举办十周年庆典暨业绩分享会
釜山联合技术控股株式会社（代表理事朴勋基）于8月20日上午在釜山威斯汀朝鲜酒店兰花厅举办了成立十周年纪念暨业绩分享会。釜山地区各大学、相关机构、加盟企业以及全国联合技术控股公司代表等约70人出席了此次活动。

活动以开幕致辞和嘉宾介绍拉开帷幕，随后，前国会议员徐秉洙和釜山科技园区主任金亨均分别致辞并致贺词。随后，朴勋基首席执行官致欢迎辞，并分享了公司过去十年的成就。他表示：“过去十年，我们一直致力于通过社区支持技术商业化和初创企业的发展。未来，我们将与国家技术控股公司携手合作，振兴和发展初创企业生态系统。”
业绩分享会上，介绍了釜山联合技术控股所投资企业的成功案例。
首先，New Risen株式会社李昇旭代表介绍说，该公司作为釜山大学的学生创业公司，以新一代纳米融合过滤材料“Durafiltex”为核心，正在成长为大幅延长现有过滤器寿命、减少废弃物和碳排放的环保清洁技术公司。Elect株式会社崔仁圭代表宣布，公司成功开发并量产可轻松将柴油挖掘机转换为电动挖掘机的创新混合动力系统“EcoCube”，并在韩国上市，成立仅一年就创下了9亿韩元的销售额。最后，T-Cure株式会社姜铉旭代表是釜庆大学生物医学工程系的教授，他分享了通过开发世界首款“360度全向光透射内窥镜激光治疗系统”，引领难治性消化系统疾病治疗创新的成果。
接下来，全北地方大学技术控股公司代表池建烈发表了题为《技术控股公司的作用和理事会的必要性》的演讲，强调了技术控股公司之间合作体制的重要性。
公告发布后，双方立即签署了成立“国家联合技术控股委员会”的谅解备忘录（MOU），该委员会将汇集全国八家联合技术控股公司。通过该协议，各方同意：▲共同应对《产学合作法》修订；▲建立中央与地方政府之间的合作机制；▲扩大联合技术投资，为地方创新型企业的发展奠定基础；▲构建符合区域特色的研发及融合技术交流网络和基础设施。
出席活动的釜山大学相关人士表示，“釜山联合技术控股公司在过去10年中，为培育釜山的创业生态系统发挥了中枢作用”，并表示，“希望通过与地方大学合作，活跃创业和投资，超越釜山，继续成为全国创新创业的中心”。
釜山联合技术控股公司由釜山广域市、釜山科技园区和16所当地大学作为股东于2015年9月成立，过去十年来通过支持技术商业化和初创企业，为当地初创企业生态系统的发展做出了贡献。首席执行官朴勋基表示：“未来，我们将通过与韩国联合技术控股公司的合作，进一步加强对初创企业的支持和技术商业化工作。”

Busan United Technology Holdings organise une cérémonie pour son 10e anniversaire et une réunion de partage de ses performances
Busan United Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (PDG Park Hoon-ki) a célébré son 10e anniversaire et organisé un événement de partage de performances à l'Orchid Room du Westin Chosun Busan le matin du 20 août. Environ 70 personnes ont assisté à l'événement, dont des représentants d'universités de la région de Busan, d'organisations partenaires, d'entreprises participantes et de United Technology Holdings à l'échelle nationale.
La cérémonie a été honorée par la présence de l'ancien député national Seo Byeong-su (ancien maire de la ville métropolitaine de Busan), du responsable de la politique de démarrage financier de la ville de Busan et des responsables du Bureau de l'industrie et du milieu universitaire de la jeunesse, du directeur du technoparc de Busan, Kim Hyeong-gyun, des responsables des groupes de coopération industrie-université des universités actionnaires, des représentants des sociétés holding technologiques nationales conjointes et des représentants des entreprises investies.

In-kyu Choi, PDG d'Elect Co., Ltd., a annoncé le développement et la production en série de l'« EcoCube », un système hybride innovant permettant de convertir facilement une excavatrice diesel en excavatrice électrique. Ce système a été lancé sur le marché intérieur, générant un chiffre d'affaires de 900 millions de wons en seulement un an. Enfin, Hyun-wook Kang, PDG de T-Cure Co., Ltd., professeur de génie biomédical à l'Université nationale de Pukyong, a présenté son innovation de pointe dans le traitement des maladies digestives incurables, avec le développement du premier « système de traitement laser endoscopique à transmission de lumière omnidirectionnelle à 360 degrés » au monde.
Ensuite, Ji Geon-yeol, PDG de la société holding technologique de l'université régionale de Jeonbuk, a présenté le thème « Le rôle de la société holding technologique et la nécessité d'un conseil », soulignant l'importance d'un système de coopération entre les sociétés holding technologiques.
Immédiatement après l'annonce, un protocole d'accord a été signé pour créer un Conseil national conjoint des holdings technologiques, regroupant huit holdings technologiques conjoints à travers le pays. Par cet accord, les participants ont convenu de : ▲ répondre conjointement à la révision de la loi sur la coopération industrie-université ; ▲ établir un système de collaboration entre les gouvernements central et locaux ; ▲ développer les investissements technologiques conjoints et jeter les bases de la croissance des entreprises innovantes locales ; et ▲ établir un réseau et une infrastructure d'échange de technologies de convergence et de R&D adaptés à la région.
Un responsable de l'Université de Busan présent à l'événement a déclaré : « Busan United Technology Holdings a joué un rôle essentiel dans la promotion de l'écosystème des startups de Busan au cours des 10 dernières années », et a ajouté : « Nous espérons qu'elle continuera à devenir une plaque tournante pour les startups innovantes à travers le pays, au-delà de Busan, en activant les startups et les investissements en collaboration avec les universités locales. »
