생성형 AI 스타트업 ㈜포티투마루(대표 김동환)는 오는 9월 4일부터 6일까지 부산 경남정보대 센텀캠퍼스에서 개최되는 ‘센텀 디지털 위크 2025 디지털 컨퍼런스’에서 ‘Agentic AI 시대 개발 인재상’을 주제로 기조강연을 진행한다고 4일 밝혔다.
‘센텀 디지털 위크’는 과학기술정보통신부와 부산광역시가 주최하고 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)과 부산정보산업진흥원(BIPA)이 주관하는 디지털 기술 전문 행사다. 올해는 ‘Next Code 2025: Beyond AI, Into Agents’를 주제로, AI 에이전트 시대의 기술 변화와 산업 전환을 다각도로 조명한다. 본 행사 중 디지털 컨퍼런스는 9월 4일부터 6일까지 경남정보대 센텀캠퍼스 컨벤션홀에서 진행된다.
김동환 대표는 기조강연을 통해 AI 에이전트 시대에 요구되는 개발자의 역량을 분석하고, ▲문제 정의 능력 ▲데이터 해석력 ▲서비스 기획·운영 역량 ▲협업 능력 등을 갖춘 ‘능동형(Agentic) 엔지니어’의 중요성을 강조할 예정이다. 또한 산업별 축적된 AI 경험(AX)을 기반으로 개발자가 갖추어야 할 도메인 이해력과 AI 엔지니어링 결합 역량에 대해 설명하고, AI 시스템 구축 시 고려해야 할 윤리 및 거버넌스 측면도 함께 조명할 계획이다.
포티투마루는 실전형 AI 인재 양성에도 지속적으로 투자하고 있다. 과학기술정보통신부와 정보통신기획평가원(IITP)이 주관하는 ‘생성 AI 선도인재 양성사업’의 일환으로 성균관대, 부산대, UNIST, 인하대 등 주요 대학과 협력해 매년 약 80명의 산업융합형 인재를 배출하고 있으며, ‘Open-ended Alignment AI’ 프로젝트를 통해 대학·연구기관과 공동 연구도 진행 중이다.
이 외에도 AI 스타펠로우십, SW중심대학 디지털 경진대회, 전국 청소년 AI 창의 경진대회 후원 및 멘토링 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 AI 인재 저변 확대에 기여하고 있다. 산학연 워크숍 및 실습 중심 교육을 통해 산업 현장과 연계한 인력 양성에도 집중하고 있다.
한편, 포티투마루는 생성형 AI 기술 기반 스타트업으로, 검색증강생성(RAG) 기술인 ‘RAG42’, 인공지능 독해 기술 ‘MRC42’, 경량화 특화 모델 ‘LLM42’ 등을 개발 및 서비스하고 있다. 기업용 프라이빗 모드를 통해 민감한 내부 데이터를 안전하게 활용할 수 있도록 지원하며, AI 시스템 구축·운영에 필요한 비용 절감과 보안성 확보를 동시에 달성하고 있다.

This year's theme, "Next Code 2025: Beyond AI, Into Agents," provides a multi-faceted look at technological changes and industrial transformations in the era of AI agents. The digital conference, part of the event, will be held from September 4th to 6th at the Convention Hall on the Centum Campus of Gyeongnam Information and Technology University.
In his keynote speech, CEO Kim Dong-hwan will analyze the developer competencies required in the era of AI agents and emphasize the importance of "agentic engineers" equipped with problem definition skills, data interpretation skills, service planning and operation skills, and collaboration capabilities. Furthermore, based on accumulated AI experience (AX) across industries, he will explain the domain understanding and AI engineering integration capabilities developers must possess. He will also highlight the ethical and governance aspects that should be considered when building AI systems.
Forti2Maru is also continuously investing in cultivating practical AI talent. As part of the "Generative AI Talent Development Project," hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Institute of Information and Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation (IITP), Forti2Maru collaborates with leading universities such as Sungkyunkwan University, Pusan National University, UNIST, and Inha University to produce approximately 80 industry-convergence talents annually. The company is also conducting joint research with universities and research institutes through the "Open-ended Alignment AI" project.
