글로벌 K-뷰티 수출 전문기업 에이든랩(AidenLab)은 싱가포르 소재 리테일 기업 홀썸(Wholesome)과 제품 공급 계약을 체결하고, 싱가포르 및 말레이시아 시장에 대한 3년간의 독점 유통권을 확보했다고 8일 밝혔다.
이번 계약에 따라 에이든랩은 자사의 하이드로겔 마스크팩 브랜드 ‘말따(Maldda)’와 비건 스킨케어 브랜드 ‘세럼카인드(SerumKind)’를 현지 온·오프라인 유통 채널을 통해 공급할 예정이다.
에이든랩 측에 따르면, ‘말따’는 신규 론칭된 브랜드임에도 제품력과 차별화된 콘셉트에서 긍정적인 평가를 받았으며, 이에 따라 3년간의 독점 공급 요청이 이어졌다고 전했다.
홀썸은 유기농, 내추럴, 럭셔리 제품군을 중심으로 뷰티 및 라이프스타일 브랜드를 큐레이션해 판매하는 프리미엄 리테일 기업이다. 싱가포르에 본사를 두고 있으며, 동남아시아 지역에서 고급 소비층을 타깃으로 한 유통 전략을 운영 중이다.
이번 계약은 지난 8월 콜롬비아 유통사와의 공급 계약에 이은 해외 파트너십 체결 사례로, 에이든랩의 글로벌 시장 진출 확대 흐름과 맞물린다.
에이든랩 김주현 차장은 “이번 계약은 싱가포르를 중심으로 동남아시아 시장에 대한 진출을 가속화하는 계기가 될 것”이라며, “글로벌 마케팅과 커머스 운영 역량을 바탕으로 해외 수출 확대에 지속적으로 주력할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Aiden Lab Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Wholesome Singapore
AidenLab, a global K-beauty export specialist, announced on the 8th that it has signed a product supply contract with Singapore-based retail company Wholesome, securing exclusive distribution rights for the Singapore and Malaysia markets for three years.
Under this agreement, Aiden Lab will supply its hydrogel mask pack brand 'Maldda' and vegan skincare brand 'SerumKind' through local online and offline distribution channels.
According to Aiden Lab, despite being a newly launched brand, 'Malta' received positive reviews for its product power and differentiated concept, which led to requests for exclusive supply for three years.
Wholesome is a premium retailer that curates and sells beauty and lifestyle brands, focusing on organic, natural, and luxury products. Headquartered in Singapore, it operates a distribution strategy targeting high-end consumers in Southeast Asia.
This contract follows the supply agreement with a Colombian distributor signed last August, and is in line with Aiden Lab's expansion into the global market.
Aiden Lab Vice President Kim Joo-hyun stated, “This contract will serve as an opportunity to accelerate our entry into the Southeast Asian market, focusing on Singapore,” and added, “We plan to continue to focus on expanding our overseas exports based on our global marketing and commerce operations capabilities.”

今回の契約は去る8月コロンビア流通会社との供給契約に続く海外パートナーシップ締結事例で、エイデンラップのグローバル市場進出拡大の流れと噛み合う。
エイデンラップキム・ジュヒョン次長は「今回の契約はシンガポールを中心に東南アジア市場への進出を加速するきっかけになるだろう」とし、「グローバルマーケティングとコマース運営力量をもとに海外輸出拡大に継続的に注力する計画」と明らかにした。

Aiden Lab signe un accord de distribution exclusif avec Wholesome Singapore
AidenLab, spécialiste mondial de l'exportation de produits de beauté K, a annoncé le 8 avoir signé un contrat de fourniture de produits avec la société de vente au détail Wholesome basée à Singapour, garantissant ainsi les droits de distribution exclusifs pour les marchés de Singapour et de Malaisie pendant trois ans.
Dans le cadre de cet accord, Aiden Lab fournira sa marque de masques hydrogel « Maldda » et sa marque de soins végétaliens « SerumKind » via des canaux de distribution locaux en ligne et hors ligne.
Selon Aiden Lab, bien qu'il s'agisse d'une marque récemment lancée, « Malta » a reçu des critiques positives pour la puissance de son produit et son concept différencié, ce qui a conduit à des demandes d'approvisionnement exclusif pendant trois ans.
Wholesome est un distributeur haut de gamme qui sélectionne et commercialise des marques de beauté et d'art de vivre, en mettant l'accent sur les produits biologiques, naturels et de luxe. Basé à Singapour, il applique une stratégie de distribution ciblant les consommateurs haut de gamme d'Asie du Sud-Est.
Ce contrat fait suite à l'accord d'approvisionnement avec un distributeur colombien signé en août dernier et s'inscrit dans la continuité de l'expansion d'Aiden Lab sur le marché mondial.
Le vice-président d'Aiden Lab, Kim Joo-hyun, a déclaré : « Ce contrat sera l'occasion d'accélérer notre entrée sur le marché de l'Asie du Sud-Est, en nous concentrant sur Singapour », et a ajouté : « Nous prévoyons de continuer à nous concentrer sur l'expansion de nos exportations à l'étranger en nous appuyant sur nos capacités mondiales en matière de marketing et d'opérations commerciales. »
