제주창조경제혁신센터(대표 이병선, 이하 제주센터)는 엠와이소셜컴퍼니(대표 김정태, 이하 MYSC)와 공동 운용하는 ‘제주 초기스타트업 육성 펀드’를 통해 고등어 연중 산란 기술을 기반으로 스마트 양식 솔루션을 개발하는 ㈜메가플랜(대표 유철원)에 프리A 투자를 단행했다고 밝혔다.
메가플랜은 고등어 산란 특허 기술을 보유하고 있으며, 올해 1월에는 인공산 1세대를 성공적으로 출하하고 판매하는 성과를 올렸다. 이 스타트업은 제주 서귀포시 표선면에 육상 양식장을 운영 중이며, 이를 통해 고등어의 연중 생산을 목표로 기술력을 입증하고 있다.
제주센터는 메가플랜이 보유한 고등어 연중 생산기술이 고등어 수급 불안정을 해소하고, 활고등어 시장의 확대에 기여할 것으로 예상하고 있다. 또한, 기후 변화와 해양 오염 등의 문제로 발생하는 수산 식량 위기 해결에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
제주센터는 메가플랜의 사업화 자금을 지원하는 해양수산액셀러레이팅 프로그램을 통해 후속 지원을 지속적으로 제공하고 있다. 이를 통해 메가플랜은 제주를 포함한 경남지역 등 전국 4개 지역으로 양식장을 확장할 계획이며, 양식장 확장에 따라 고등어 생산량의 급증과 함께 매출액 증가가 예상된다.
이병선 제주센터 대표는 “이번 투자는 메가플랜의 기술력에 대한 투자뿐 아니라 제주 지역 자원을 활용하여 새로운 시장을 창출할 가능성에 대한 투자”라며, “앞으로도 유망 스타트업에 대한 투자를 지속적으로 지원하여 제주 창업 생태계를 한 단계 더 성장시킬 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Jeju Center invests in Megaplan, aiming for year-round mackerel farming technology listing
Jeju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Lee Byeong-seon, hereinafter referred to as Jeju Center) announced that it has made a pre-A investment in Megaplan Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoo Cheol-won), which develops smart aquaculture solutions based on mackerel year-round spawning technology, through the ‘Jeju Early Startup Incubation Fund’ jointly operated with MY Social Company (CEO Kim Jeong-tae, hereinafter referred to as MYSC).
Megaplan holds patented mackerel spawning technology and successfully shipped and sold the first generation of artificial spawners in January of this year. The startup operates a land-based farm in Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do, where it is demonstrating its technological prowess with the goal of year-round mackerel production.
The Jeju Center anticipates that Megaplan's year-round mackerel production technology will help alleviate supply and demand instability and contribute to the expansion of the live mackerel market. Furthermore, it anticipates that it will play a key role in addressing the fisheries and food crisis caused by climate change and marine pollution.
The Jeju Center continues to provide follow-up support through the Marine and Fisheries Acceleration Program, which supports Megaplan's commercialization funding. Through this program, Megaplan plans to expand its aquaculture farms to four regions nationwide, including Jeju and the Gyeongnam region. This expansion is expected to lead to a surge in mackerel production and increased sales.
Lee Byeong-seon, CEO of the Jeju Center, said, “This investment is not only about Megaplan’s technological prowess, but also about the potential to create new markets by leveraging Jeju’s local resources.” He added, “We will continue to support investments in promising startups to further develop Jeju’s startup ecosystem.”

済州創造経済革新センター（代表イ・ビョンソン、以下済州センター）はエムワイソーシャルカンパニー（代表キム・ジョンテ、以下ＭＹＳＣ）と共同運用する「済州初期スタートアップ育成ファンド」を通じてサバ年中散乱技術を基盤にスマートフォームソリューションを開発する（株）メガプランを発表した。
メガプランはサバ産卵特許技術を保有しており、今年1月には人工産第1世代を成功裏に出荷して販売する成果を上げた。このスタートアップは済州西帰浦市標線面に陸上養殖場を運営中であり、これを通じてサバの年中生産を目標に技術力を立証している。
済州センターは、メガプランが保有するサバの年間生産技術がサバの需給不安定を解消し、活鯖市場の拡大に寄与すると予想している。また、気候変動や海洋汚染などの問題で発生する水産食料危機の解決に重要な役割を果たすと期待している。
済州センターは、メガプランの事業化資金を支援する海洋水産アクセラレーティングプログラムを通じて、後続の支援を継続的に提供している。これによりメガプランは済州を含む慶南地域など全国4地域に養殖場を拡張する計画であり、養殖場の拡大に伴いサバ生産量の急増とともに売上高の増加が予想される。
イ・ビョンソン済州センター代表は「今回の投資はメガプランの技術力に対する投資だけでなく済州地域資源を活用して新しい市場を創出する可能性に対する投資」とし、「今後も有望なスタートアップへの投資を持続的に支援して済州創業生態系をさらに一層成長させるだろう」と明らかにした。

Megaplan公司拥有鲭鱼人工产卵专利技术，并于今年1月成功交付并销售了第一代人工产卵器。这家初创公司在济州岛西归浦市表善面运营着一个陆基养殖场，旨在通过展示其技术实力，实现鲭鱼的全年生产。
济州中心预计，Megaplan公司的全年鲭鱼养殖技术将有助于缓解供需不稳定，并促进活鲭鱼市场的扩张。此外，该中心还预计，这项技术将在应对气候变化和海洋污染引发的渔业和粮食危机方面发挥关键作用。

Jeju Center investit dans Megaplan, visant une cotation en bourse des technologies d'élevage de maquereaux à l'année
Le Centre de Jeju pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Lee Byeong-seon, ci-après dénommé Centre de Jeju) a annoncé avoir réalisé un investissement de pré-série A dans Megaplan Co., Ltd. (PDG Yoo Cheol-won), qui développe des solutions d'aquaculture intelligentes basées sur la technologie de reproduction du maquereau tout au long de l'année, par le biais du « Fonds d'incubation de jeunes entreprises de Jeju » géré conjointement avec MY Social Company (PDG Kim Jeong-tae, ci-après dénommée MYSC).
Megaplan détient une technologie brevetée de reproduction du maquereau et a commercialisé avec succès la première génération de géniteurs artificiels en janvier dernier. La start-up exploite une ferme aquacole terrestre à Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, sur l'île de Jeju, où elle démontre son savoir-faire technologique dans le but d'assurer une production de maquereau tout au long de l'année.
Le Centre de Jeju prévoit que la technologie de production de maquereau de Megaplan, applicable toute l'année, contribuera à atténuer l'instabilité de l'offre et de la demande et à favoriser l'expansion du marché du maquereau vivant. De plus, il anticipe un rôle clé dans la résolution des crises alimentaires et halieutiques engendrées par les changements climatiques et la pollution marine.
Le Centre de Jeju continue d'apporter un soutien continu par le biais du Programme d'accélération du secteur maritime et halieutique, qui finance la commercialisation des produits de Megaplan. Grâce à ce programme, Megaplan prévoit d'étendre ses fermes aquacoles à quatre régions du pays, dont Jeju et la région de Gyeongnam. Cette expansion devrait entraîner une forte augmentation de la production de maquereau et des ventes.
