생성형 인공지능(AI) 솔루션 전문기업 제논(대표 고석태)은 21일 서울 여의도 콘래드 호텔에서 증권·투자 업계의 핵심 리더들을 초청해 개최한 ‘포커스 세미나(Focus Seminar)’를 마무리했다고 23일 밝혔다.
‘포커스 세미나’는 제논이 산업별 리더들을 대상으로 생성형 AI의 도입 사례와 실제 성과를 공유하기 위해 기획한 프라이빗 행사다. 산업 현장의 요구에 맞춘 AI 활용 전략과 구체적 사례를 중심으로 구성되며, 업계의 디지털 전환 및 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방향을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다.
이번 세미나에는 국내 주요 증권사와 자산운용사의 주요 임원 및 실무 책임자들이 참석했다. 참가자들은 제논의 생성형 AI 기술이 증권·투자 업계의 업무 효율성과 의사결정 체계에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 심도 있는 논의를 진행했다. 특히 제논이 제시한 에이전트 기반 업무 혁신 전략과 실제 적용 사례가 소개되며 높은 관심을 모았다.
행사는 총 4개 세션으로 구성됐다. 첫 번째 세션에서는 고석태 제논 대표가 ‘생성형 AI 시대, 오피스 풍경을 바꾸는 AI 에이전트’를 주제로 증권·투자사 실무 환경에서의 AI 에이전트 적용 전략을 발표했다. 두 번째 세션에서는 김경희 미래에셋증권 수석이 ‘Case Study: 미래에셋증권의 생성형 AI 혁신 여정’을 통해 RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation) 기술을 활용한 증권업 특화 AI 도입 사례를 공유했다.
세 번째 세션에서는 박기돈 제논 수석이 ‘증권사 업무에 특화된 AI 에이전트의 진화’를 주제로 리서치 및 투자분석 분야에서의 적용 방안과 효과를 소개했다. 마지막 세션에서는 명대우 제논 최고기술책임자(CTO)가 ‘이미 시작된 미래, 업무 화면 재구성부터 직접 실행까지’를 주제로 발표하며, 단순 정보 제공을 넘어 실제 실행까지 지원하는 차세대 AI 에이전트의 발전 방향을 제시했다.
고석태 제논 대표는 “증권·투자 산업은 방대한 데이터와 빠른 의사결정이 요구되는 분야로, AI 에이전트의 도입은 기술적 선택을 넘어 경쟁력 확보의 핵심 요소로 자리 잡고 있다”며 “이번 세미나는 업계 리더들과 함께 생성형 AI의 실질적 활용 방안을 모색한 뜻깊은 자리였다”고 말했다.

The event consisted of four sessions. In the first session, Xenon CEO Ko Seok-tae presented strategies for applying AI agents in the practical environments of securities and investment firms under the theme, "AI Agents: Changing the Office Landscape in the Age of Generative AI." In the second session, Mirae Asset Securities Senior Vice President Kim Kyung-hee shared a case study of AI adoption specifically for the securities industry, leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, through "Case Study: Mirae Asset Securities' Generative AI Innovation Journey."
In the third session, Park Ki-don, Senior Vice President of Xenon, presented on "The Evolution of AI Agents Specialized in Securities Firm Work," introducing application methods and their impact in research and investment analysis. In the final session, Myung Dae-woo, CTO of Xenon, presented on "The Future Has Already Begun: From Reconfiguring Work Screens to Direct Execution," suggesting the future direction for next-generation AI agents that go beyond simple information provision to support actual execution.
“The securities and investment industries require massive amounts of data and rapid decision-making, and the introduction of AI agents is becoming a key element in securing competitiveness beyond a technological choice,” said Ko Seok-tae, CEO of Xenon. “This seminar was a meaningful opportunity to explore practical ways to utilize generative AI with industry leaders.”
Starting with this seminar, Xenon plans to sequentially expand its 'Focus Seminars' targeting various industries, including power generation, energy, manufacturing, and the public sector.

Le « Séminaire Focus » est un événement privé organisé par Xenon pour partager avec les leaders du secteur l'adoption et les résultats concrets de l'IA générative. Axé sur les stratégies d'utilisation de l'IA et des exemples spécifiques adaptés aux besoins de l'industrie, ce séminaire vise à orienter la transformation numérique et à renforcer la compétitivité.
Ce séminaire a réuni des cadres dirigeants et des responsables opérationnels de grandes sociétés de bourse et de gestion d'actifs nationales.
