제주창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이병선)는 지난 23일 ‘스타트업 코리아 한일 제주스타트업 펀드(이하 한일 제주스타트업 펀드)’의 일본 출자자가 제주를 방문해 도내 유망 스타트업을 점검하고 펀드 결성을 논의했다고 밝혔다.
이번 방문에는 펀드 공동운용사(GP)인 세븐스타파트너스의 정안우 대표, 서영의·안영일 공동창업자, YFP 클레아 컨설팅의 야나기타 유키노리 대표를 비롯해 일본 기업인과 재일교포 출자자 등 총 13명이 참여했다. 이들은 제주특별자치도를 방문해 행정부지사와 면담하며 양국 스타트업 협력 및 투자 교류 확대 방안을 논의했다.
또한 방문단은 시드머니를 투자한 ㈜컨텍과 ㈜제주바솔트를 둘러보고, 제주센터에서 열린 기업 IR에 참석했다.
한일 제주스타트업 펀드는 지난 8월 「2025년 스타트업 코리아 펀드 출자사업」에서 제주센터와 세븐스타파트너스가 공동 운영사로 최종 선정됐으며, 연내 결성을 목표로 하고 있다. 출자에는 재일교포, 일본 기업, 제주특별자치도, 도내 기업, 전략산업 관련 공기업 및 대학 등이 참여했다.
펀드 결성 후에는 제주 및 비수도권 스타트업 중심으로 10대 초격차 분야 벤처기업 등에 60% 이상 투자할 계획이며, 글로벌 시장 진출 가능성이 높은 기술 스타트업을 중점 지원할 예정이다. 이를 통해 제주를 아시아 혁신 창업의 거점으로 성장시키는 것을 목표로 한다.
제주센터 이병선 대표는 “한일 제주스타트업 펀드를 계기로 초격차·글로벌 분야 기업을 집중 육성하고, 제주 및 국내 스타트업 투자 생태계를 활성화하며 일본 및 글로벌 시장 진출을 지원할 것”이라고 말했다.

Jeju Center Discusses Forming Korea-Japan Jeju Startup Fund
Jeju Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Lee Byeong-seon) announced on the 23rd that a Japanese investor in the 'Startup Korea Korea-Japan Jeju Startup Fund (hereinafter Korea-Japan Jeju Startup Fund)' visited Jeju to inspect promising startups in the province and discuss the formation of the fund.
This visit was attended by 13 people, including Jeong An-woo, CEO of Seven Star Partners, a fund co-manager (GP), co-founders Seo Young-ui and Ahn Young-il, and Yukinori Yanagita, CEO of YFP Clea Consulting, as well as Japanese businesspeople and Korean-Japanese investors. They visited Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and met with the Vice Governor to discuss ways to expand startup cooperation and investment exchange between the two countries.
The delegation also toured Contec Co., Ltd. and Jeju Basalt Co., Ltd., which invested seed money, and attended a corporate IR held at the Jeju Center.
The Korea-Japan Jeju Startup Fund was jointly operated by Jeju Center and Seven Star Partners, which were selected in August for the "2025 Startup Korea Fund Investment Project." The fund aims to be launched within the year. Participants included Koreans living in Japan, Japanese companies, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, local companies, public corporations related to strategic industries, and universities.
After the fund's formation, the plan is to invest more than 60% of its capital in venture companies in the top 10 ultra-gap sectors, focusing on startups in Jeju and outside the metropolitan area. Furthermore, the fund will prioritize support for technology startups with high potential for global market expansion. Through these efforts, the fund aims to develop Jeju into a hub for innovative startups in Asia.
Jeju Center CEO Lee Byeong-seon said, “Through the Korea-Japan Jeju Startup Fund, we will focus on fostering companies in the ultra-gap and global sectors, revitalize the Jeju and domestic startup investment ecosystem, and support their entry into the Japanese and global markets.”

済州センター、韓日済州スタートアップファンド結成議論
済州創造経済革新センター(代表理事イ・ビョンソン)は去る23日'スタートアップコリア韓日済州スタートアップファンド(以下、韓日済州スタートアップファンド)'の日本出資者が済州を訪問して都内有望スタートアップを点検してファンド結成を議論したと明らかにした。
今回の訪問には、ファンド共同運用会社（GP）であるセブンスターパートナーズのチョン・アンウ代表、ソ・ヨンイ・アン・ヨンイル共同創業者、YFPクレアコンサルティングの柳北雪乃代表をはじめ、日本企業人と在日韓国人出資者など合計13人が参加した。彼らは済州特別自治道を訪問して行政部知事と面談し、両国スタートアップ協力及び投資交流拡大案を議論した。
また、訪問団はシドマネーを投資した(株)コンテクと(株)済州バソルトを巡り、済州センターで開かれた企業IRに参加した。
韓日済州スタートアップファンドは去る8月「2025年スタートアップコリアファンド出資事業」で済州センターとセブンスターパートナーズが共同運営会社に最終選定され、年内結成を目指している。出資には在日同胞、日本企業、済州特別自治道、都内企業、戦略産業関連公企業や大学などが参加した。
ファンド結成後は済州及び非首都圏スタートアップを中心に10代超格差分野のベンチャー企業などに60%以上投資する計画であり、グローバル市場進出の可能性が高い技術スタートアップを重点支援する予定だ。これを通じて済州をアジア革新創業の拠点に成長させることを目指す。
済州センターイ・ビョンソン代表は「韓日済州スタートアップファンドを契機に超格差・グローバル分野企業を集中育成し、済州及び国内スタートアップ投資生態系を活性化し、日本及びグローバル市場進出を支援する」と話した。

济州中心探讨成立韩日济州创业基金
济州创造经济革新中心（代表李秉善） 23日表示，“Startup Korea韩日济州创业基金（以下简称韩日济州创业基金）”的日本投资人访问了济州，考察了该道有前景的初创企业，并讨论了基金的设立事宜。
此次来访的嘉宾包括基金共同管理人（GP）Seven Star Partners代表郑安宇、联合创始人徐英义、安英一、YFP Clea Consulting代表柳田幸典等13人，以及日本企业界人士和韩日投资者。他们访问了济州特别自治道，并与济州特别自治道副知事会面，就扩大两国初创企业合作和投资交流等事宜进行了探讨。
代表团还参观了投资种子资金的CONTEC株式会社和济州玄武岩株式会社，并参加了在济州中心举办的企业IR。

Le Centre de Jeju discute de la création d'un fonds de démarrage Corée-Japon à Jeju
Le Centre d'innovation et d'économie créative de Jeju (PDG Lee Byeong-seon) a annoncé le 23 qu'un investisseur japonais du « Startup Korea Korea-Japan Jeju Startup Fund (ci-après Korea-Japan Jeju Startup Fund) » s'est rendu à Jeju pour inspecter les startups prometteuses de la province et discuter de la formation du fonds.
Treize personnes ont participé à cette visite, dont Jeong An-woo, PDG de Seven Star Partners, co-gérant de fonds, les cofondateurs Seo Young-ui et Ahn Young-il, et Yukinori Yanagita, PDG de YFP Clea Consulting, ainsi que des entrepreneurs japonais et des investisseurs coréens-japonais. Ils ont visité la province autonome spéciale de Jeju et rencontré le vice-gouverneur pour discuter des moyens de développer la coopération entre les deux pays en matière de startups et d'investissements.
La délégation a également visité Contec Co., Ltd. et Jeju Basalt Co., Ltd., qui ont investi des capitaux d'amorçage, et a assisté à un RI d'entreprise organisé au Jeju Center.
Le Fonds pour les startups Corée-Japon de Jeju a été géré conjointement par le Jeju Center et Seven Star Partners, sélectionnés en août pour le projet d'investissement « 2025 Startup Korea Fund Investment Project ». Le fonds devrait être lancé dans le courant de l'année. Parmi les participants figuraient des Coréens résidant au Japon, des entreprises japonaises, des représentants de la province autonome spéciale de Jeju, des entreprises locales, des sociétés publiques liées à des secteurs stratégiques et des universités.
Après sa création, le fonds prévoit d'investir plus de 60 % de son capital dans des sociétés de capital-risque des 10 principaux secteurs à fort potentiel de croissance, en ciblant les startups de Jeju et de la périphérie. De plus, le fonds privilégiera le soutien aux startups technologiques à fort potentiel de développement à l'international. Grâce à ces efforts, le fonds vise à faire de Jeju un pôle d'innovation pour les startups asiatiques.
Le PDG du Jeju Center, Lee Byeong-seon, a déclaré : « Grâce au Fonds de démarrage Corée-Japon de Jeju, nous nous concentrerons sur la promotion des entreprises des secteurs ultra-gap et mondiaux, revitaliserons l'écosystème d'investissement des startups de Jeju et du pays, et soutiendrons leur entrée sur les marchés japonais et mondiaux. »
