나눔비타민(대표 김하연)과 국제구호개발 NGO 월드비전(회장 조명환)은 서울 월드비전 본사에서 ‘디지털 기술 기반 사회문제 해결 및 사회적 가치 창출’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 3일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 기술과 복지 현장의 결합을 통해 사회문제를 지속가능하게 해결하고, 데이터 기반 복지 인프라를 고도화하기 위한 협력 체계를 구축하는 데 목적이 있다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 IT 기술과 혁신 아이디어를 접목한 사회문제 해결 프로젝트를 공동 추진하고, 사회적 가치 창출을 위한 프로그램과 캠페인을 함께 기획·운영할 예정이다. 또한 기업의 사회공헌(CSR) 자원을 연계한 공동사업을 발굴해 복지의 효율성과 접근성을 높이는 ‘스마트 돌봄 생태계’를 조성할 계획이다.
월드비전은 전 세계 아동과 취약계층을 지원하는 국제구호개발 기관으로, 복지 정책·긴급구호·지역사회 개발 등 다양한 분야에서 활동해 왔다. 이번 협약을 통해 월드비전은 복지 현장의 경험과 인프라를 제공하고, 나눔비타민은 기술적 실행력과 데이터 기반 솔루션을 더해 기술과 현장이 결합된 새로운 복지 모델을 구축한다.
나눔비타민은 ‘AI로 확장하는 돌봄, 기술로 정교해지는 복지’를 비전으로 하는 소셜벤처로, 복지 제도의 중복·누락·낙인 문제를 기술로 개선하고 있다. 주요 서비스 ‘나비얌’은 지자체·기업·기관의 복지 예산을 모바일 식권 형태로 통합 관리해 예산 집행과 정산 과정을 자동화하고, 복지 전달 체계의 신뢰성을 높였다. 또한 인공지능 전환(AX, AI Transformation)을 추진해 건강·영양·생활 데이터를 분석하고, 개인 맞춤형 복지 지원 시스템을 고도화하고 있다.
나눔비타민 김하연 대표는 “복지는 더 많은 예산이 아니라 더 나은 구조가 필요한 영역”이라며 “기술을 통해 복지의 효율성과 존엄성을 높이고, 데이터 기반 복지 인프라의 표준을 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
월드비전 김성태 지속가능파트너십본부 본부장은 “기술이 현장을 더 따뜻하게 연결할 수 있다고 생각한다”며 “도움이 필요한 이웃에게 신속하고 정교한 복지가 전달될 수 있도록 협력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Nanum Vitamin is a social venture with the vision of "Expanding Care with AI, Refining Welfare with Technology." It uses technology to address issues like duplication, omission, and stigma in welfare systems. Its main service, "Nabiyam," integrates and manages welfare budgets from local governments, companies, and institutions in the form of mobile meal vouchers, automating budget execution and settlement processes and enhancing the reliability of the welfare delivery system. Furthermore, the company is pursuing AI Transformation (AX) to analyze health, nutrition, and lifestyle data and enhance personalized welfare support systems.
“Welfare requires a better structure, not a larger budget,” said Kim Ha-yeon, CEO of Nanum Vitamin. “We will use technology to enhance the efficiency and dignity of welfare and establish standards for data-driven welfare infrastructure.”
