로봇 전문 기업 브릴스(대표 전진)는 자사 ‘로봇 모듈화 플랫폼을 활용한 자동차 정밀검사 솔루션’이 2025 로보월드 어워드에 선정됐다고 3일 밝혔다. 이번 수상으로 브릴스는 2023년과 2024년에 이어 3년 연속 해당 상을 수상하게 됐다.
로보월드 어워드는 한국로봇산업협회가 주관하며, 기술적 우월성, 제품 혁신성, 효율성, 기술 경쟁력 등 6개 기술 평가 항목과 향후 성장 가능성, 경쟁 제품 대비 우위성 등 2개 시장성 평가 항목을 기준으로 국내 로봇 산업을 대표하는 우수 제품에 수여한다.
브릴스의 자동차 정밀검사 솔루션은 자동차 시트 전장, 소음, OCS/SBR 센서 등 통합 검사가 가능하며, 자사 BRS 협동로봇을 결합해 저·고온 극한 산업 환경에서도 ±0.02mm 수준의 정밀 검사를 수행할 수 있는 점이 특징이다. 또한 외부 환경 변화에 따른 실시간 데이터 보정 기술, 1/3 옥타브 밴드 분석과 머신러닝 기반 소음 정밀 분석 기술, 다기능 검사용 통합 보드 등 핵심 기술이 집약되어 검사 신뢰성과 효율성을 높였다. 브릴스는 관련 기술에 대해 국내 특허 26건 등록과 10건 출원을 완료했다.
브릴스는 이번 수상을 계기로 11월 5일부터 8일까지 일산 킨텍스에서 열리는 ‘2025 로보월드’에 참가해 리뉴얼된 협동로봇과 다양한 산업 자동화 솔루션을 선보일 예정이다.

Brils Wins 2025 RoboWorld Award for Third Consecutive Year
Robotics company Brils (CEO Jin Jeon) announced on the 3rd that its "Automotive Precision Inspection Solution Utilizing a Robot Modular Platform" was selected for the 2025 RoboWorld Award. This marks Brils' third consecutive win, following 2023 and 2024.
The RoboWorld Awards are hosted by the Korea Robot Industry Association and are awarded to excellent products representing the domestic robot industry based on six technology evaluation criteria, including technological superiority, product innovation, efficiency, and technological competitiveness, and two marketability evaluation criteria, including future growth potential and superiority over competing products.
Brils' automotive precision inspection solution enables integrated inspection of automotive seat electrical components, noise, and OCS/SBR sensors. Combining the company's BRS collaborative robot allows for precision inspections of ±0.02mm even in extreme low- and high-temperature industrial environments. Furthermore, key technologies such as real-time data correction technology based on external environmental changes, 1/3-octave band analysis and machine learning-based noise precision analysis, and an integrated board for multi-functional inspection enhance inspection reliability and efficiency. Brils has registered 26 domestic patents and applied for 10 more related technologies.
Taking advantage of this award, Brils will participate in the '2025 RoboWorld' held at KINTEX Ilsan from November 5th to 8th, where it will showcase its renewed collaborative robots and various industrial automation solutions.

ブリルスは今回の受賞をきっかけに11月5日から8日まで一山キンテックスで開かれる「2025ロボワールド」に参加し、リニューアルされた協同ロボットと多様な産業自動化ソリューションを披露する予定だ。

Il s’agit de la troisième victoire consécutive de Brils, après celles de 2023 et 2024.
Les RoboWorld Awards sont organisés par la Korea Robot Industry Association et récompensent les excellents produits représentant l'industrie robotique nationale sur la base de six critères d'évaluation technologique, notamment la supériorité technologique, l'innovation produit, l'efficacité et la compétitivité technologique, et de deux critères d'évaluation de la commercialisation, notamment le potentiel de croissance future et la supériorité par rapport aux produits concurrents.
La solution d'inspection de précision automobile de Brils permet l'inspection intégrée des composants électriques des sièges, du bruit et des capteurs OCS/SBR. Associée au robot collaboratif BRS de l'entreprise, elle garantit une précision d'inspection de ±0,02 mm, même dans des environnements industriels à températures extrêmes. De plus, des technologies clés telles que la correction des données en temps réel basée sur les variations environnementales, l'analyse par bandes d'un tiers d'octave et l'analyse de précision du bruit par apprentissage automatique, ainsi qu'une carte intégrée pour l'inspection multifonctionnelle, optimisent la fiabilité et l'efficacité des inspections.
